As September the first kept coming closer and closer, Natalie and I got more and more excited. We hung out all the time reading our letter again and again to each other, going through our school books, trying on our robes and stuff. Everything was just so perfect. The most surprising aspect of the whole situation was that you're parents hardly ever bothered us. If we were over at one of our houses they would just feed us dinner and let us fall asleep in our robes on the floor our rooms a mess of all the school things. We spent pretty much every minute together. And it was great. Sometimes they let us go to the park at sunset to let our owls fly together. They always came back to us. They were so smart. We even actually wrote letter to Hermione too. She didn't live as close to us but somehow our owls find her house and I have no clue how. But I have to stop questioning all of this because none of it made any sense anyways. And we both didn't care. We were so happy. Then it was a day before September 1st, Natalie and I hung out but slept in our owns beds for the last time for a long time. But we weren't sad at all. Then September the first came and I'm surprised we didn't burst we were too excited. We all went up to the train station together. A ticket came in the mail but the platform said 9 3/4..

"Does that even exist mom?!" I asked in worry.

"Well no but it has to. They're really good at hiding everything so it has to be here..

We looked around and I spotted a cage and weird packages. I thought immediately he was going to Hogwarts.

" Um excuse me are you going to Hogwarts? " I asked really nervously..

"Yea actually! My name is Neville and his is my Grandma. She knows how to get to the platform so we could help you guys!"

"Thank you so much!! By the way I'm Nicole!"

"Hey Neville I'm Natalie! Is that a toad?!"

"Yea it is! His name is Trevor and it's great to meet you guys! We should sit together!"

"Yea, we should! We already met someone named Hermione and so were gonna sit with her too! And of course you can come! I'm glad we already have friends it was much easier than I thought!" Natalie was super excited. She seemed a little more outgoing than me but she would deny it.

"Let's go kids! We don't wanna be late!" Neville's grandma told us.

"Oh yea we'd better go I said. And we made off down the station to between platforms 9 and 10.

" Now kids listen up! You have to go through platforms 9 and 10. You should go at a quick pace too!" Neville's grandma explained. Of course me always being confused I asked:

"What do you mean go through? Like were going to walk through the wall?!?!"

"Yes dear! I know it sounds crazy but I promise it won't hurt. Here, I'll go first!"

And she walked through platforms 9 and 10. Just like that.

"I hope none of the muggles can see us!" And I walked fast through the wall. Natalie came soon after. Our jaws dropped. We were standing on a platform of its own. A huge scarlet train with billowing smoke coming out of the top was sitting there ready to go on a long journey. Neville's grandma was waiting a few feet away and then we realised we should probably move. Just in time we did because then Neville came and then all of our parents. We walked together to one of the entrances and set our stuff down. We had 5 minutes but I was ready now. Natalie and I hugged our parents goodbye and waved and then we got on. Neville came behind us. We walked down the hallway until we found Hermione sitting and reading: 'Hogwarts, A History'. We I slid the door open she looked up and smiled brightly.

"Hey guys!" she said.

"Hi!"

"Hello!"

"This is Neville. Do you mind if he sits with us?"
