chapter four

"Hello girls meet Parker smith the guy i told u all about" she said, definitely she wasn't referring to me when she said she told us about him. His face looks so familiar i can't remember were i saw this face i said to myself receiving a handshake from the young man in front of me. 

"Parker these are my friends i told you about" Vivien said then continued " meet Teresa , Bella and our new roommate who joined us yesterday Loretta " she said. 

"Nice to finally meet you all, heard a lot about you guys ". Parker said
  
"Hey beautiful! " i heard a familiar voice said,  i looked to find out who it was. It was the guy i saw Bella sitting on yesterday. 

"Hey " she simple said while i saw him give her a kiss.  

"That's okay guys lets go in" Vivien said. 
   
We got in, the place was beautiful. It wasn't like the party i was expecting like all loud and rousing.  It was cool, the songs, the way it was decorated i actually started thinking it was a prom night when i saw that everyone has accompanies. A boy and a girl to themselves.
    
I was talking to Teresa about how stressful today was and all.  She was so much cooler than the other day.  We laughed and talked that we completely forgot that Vivien and Bella weren't with us. 

"Oh look! "she said pointing at a matured looking guy behind me,  he was well dressed and fine.  I guess this is the guy she's been waiting for.

"Excuse me ladies " the gentleman said taking a sit beside Teresa.
 
"Loretta meet my boyfriend Stanley,  Stanley meet my friend  Loretta the girl i told you joined us yesterday" Teresa said

"nice to meet you" we both said. 

 "   ATTENTION EVERYONE!!  LETS WELCOME OUR BIRTHDAY CELEBRANT MR PARKER SMITH!!!!  Let's clap him as he makes his way to the stage.  " there was a lot of clapping, then parker went up to the stage.

PARKER SPEECH
  Hello everyone!  It's so wonderful to see you all here tonight. You are all looking beautiful tonight!. Well as we all know we are here to celebrate my 25th birthday tonight so i hope you all have a great time.  Thank you all so much for your support and of course your gift thanks. Parker said and left the stage.
 
LETS DANCE!!!  The young man who introduced Parker earlier said.
I heard people screaming at a particular band i guess they love them .

  "Parker smith oh i remember him the guy i saw at the mall" i said.  I was dancing for about fifteen minutes and was hungry i needed to get something to eat.

I went to the kitchen to grab something to eat but could only get muffin.  The chief said it wasn't time to eat yet so he can't serve me yet. I took the muffin and headed outside because i was already getting tired.

     When i got outside i felt the cold breeze on my skin. I wanted to leave but i can't, it would be bad of me so I decided  to stay at the field close by to get myself together. 

I sat down on the grass and took my phone out and saw 2 messages from Peter and 1 miss call from him too. I went to my message box to read it and it said

   "Loretta lately you haven't been receiving my calls and it hurts, if i did anything to upset you am really sorry.  I love you." 

I opened the second message and it said

"Please call me when you are free to talk thanks". I called him twice but it all went into voice mall. 
  
It was getting late so I decided to head back to the event place to get my friends so we can head home now .

I stood up but then i felt someone's  hand on my arm. I jerked and it felt like my heart bit escaped a count.  I was scared
   
"Hey!  Sorry if i scared you " a young man said he was well dressed,  i guess his is one of the people who came to attend the birthday party.
