Chapter 8 - Gym

Peter ~

I watched as Howletta winced as coach blew his whistle I was still wondering what Howletta had made in the lab but it was probably something she would never tell me

everyone started running laps just like the coach said to Howletta quickly passed everyone even the track team members I couldn't take my eyes off her

Howletta ~

I glanced back at everyone and that's when I saw Flash trip Peter making me stop in my tracks i began to run over to Peter and Ned

Me and Ned helped Peter up walking him over to the bleachers so the coach could look at his ankle I stormed off towards Flash leaving Ned with Peter

" FLASH HOW COULD YOU TRIP PETER LIKE THAT " I yelled while trying to fight the beast inside of me everyone began to watch us I snapped slightly punching Flash in the face knocking him on his ass when he called Peter penis Parker everyone gasped as blood ran down Flash's face the couch walked over yelling

" HOWLETTA DETENTION "

I closed my eyes trying to calm down ever since I was shot by that weird gun the monster inside me was stronger

" Go sit over by Peter Howletta after gym your going to the principal's office " the couch snapped while looking at Flash

Peter ~

Howletta walked over and sat roughly onto the bleachers next to me her face was red with anger I didn't know if it was cause Flash or because she had gotten detention but I wanted to say something I wanted to at least thank her for sticking up for me

" hey thanks for sticking up for me I'm sorry you got detention you shouldn't of stuck up for me cause it caused you to get in trouble " she seemed to stop and think she inhaled deeply before speaking

" It's ok Peter it's what I do I protect people and your my friend I think ... we're friends right ....I mean I understand if not since I'm new and all " she said I swore i picked up something in her voice like if she was hurting

" Of course your my friend ... And I don't care that your new " I said softly I couldn't help but blush I quickly looked away so she couldn't see

I didn't know what to do so I just sat there silently next to her glancing at her Everytime she wasn't looking in my direction until Flash was seated next to me by the coach he started talking with Howletta asking her why she punched Flash by the end of their conversation the couch gave all three of us detention

Howletta ~

While changing in the girls locker room Liz came up to me and invited me to her party and that I could bring Peter , and Ned with me after that I walked with Peter and Flash to the principal's office

After what seemed like forever we finally got out but because it took so long it was time for us to go to detention
