Everyday after school he would go to the hospital to be with her. the doctor told him she can hear things but can't physically do anything. so he would talk to her about anything and everything he could think of.
a month pasted and she was still in a coma nothing had changed. he was exhausted from sleeping in the hospital chairs almost every night. they were extremely uncomfortable and hard but he stayed there because he knew no one else would.
One night he decided to go home. it was 12:27am. by the time he got home everyone was asleep. he took a shower. as he stood in his bathroom all he could do was blame himself for her being in a coma. he's the one who let her go back even when he knew it was dangerous. he knew what would happen but he let her go home. he couldn't take it he reached into the back of one of the bathroom cabinets he felt along the top until he found it the blade he tapped to the top of his cupboard so no one would find it. he knew he shouldn't but it was the only thing he could do to stop blaming himself for her suffering. he placed the cold metal up to his arm one line then two soon enough there was to many to count. he wash the blade and put it back in it's hiding spot. then he wrapped a bandage around his arm and went to bed. with the cold sting running up is arms that gave him just the slightest peace.
