Missing prayer unintentionally and due to sleep is a valid excuse as long as it's not deliberate

As soon as you come to the realization that you missed it, get ready to pray as you normally do and then perform the two rakah with the intention that you are making it up.

There are forbidden times to pray and one of them is when the sun is rising, do not pray during this time.

The other two is when the sun is at its zenith, its highest peak and while the sun is setting.

Advice:
For future reference, if you know that you have a hard time getting up in the morning then try to head to bed at a reasonable time, and set an alarm or even drink water so your body forces you to get out of bed In the morning when you have to use the bathroom, make dua the night before that you don't miss it, ask a trusted companion to call you to wake you up for fajr until you pick up. Sometimes people miss fajr by Allah's decree even the Prophet and his companions but what were the person's actions the night before that contributed to this, were the means that help him/her get out of bed early neglected?
be careful and take caution prayer is the first things we will be asked about on judgement day

the hadeeth narrated in Saheeh Muslim (681) which tells how the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his companions slept and missed Fajr prayer, and the Sahaabah began to ask one another, “What is the expiation (kafaarah) for what we have done by neglecting the prayer?” The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said. “Sleeping does not mean that you are neglecting the prayer. Rather neglecting the prayer means not praying one prayer until the time for the next prayer comes. Whoever does that let him pray when he remembers it.”

That does not mean one should delay the prayer, the prayer should be performed at its fixed times as soon as one is able

Guard strictly (five obligatory) As‑Salawaat (the prayers) especially the middle Salaah (i.e. the best prayer ‑ ‘Asr). And stand before Allaah with obedience”[al-Baqarah 2:238]

There Is this hadith on a spouse waking one another up for fajr the Prophet said: May Allah have mercy on a man who gets up at night and prays, and awakens his wife; if she refuses, he should sprinkle water on her face. May Allah have mercy on a woman who gets up at night and prays, and awakens her husband; if he refuses, she would sprinkle water on his face.

May Allah make the affairs of the religion easy for you and assist you in them I pray for you the best ^^
