All you have to do is go through the sequence of everything you say with your mouth in prayer in order excluding the very first/opening takbir, Al-Fatihah, the last tashahud and the two tasleems (Pillars of prayer)
1. All of the takbirs except the opening takbir
2. Saying subhana rabbiyal atheem at least once
3. Saying sami Allahu liman hamidu
4. Saying Rabbanna wa lakal hamd
5. Saying subhana rabbiyal a'la at least once
6. Saying rabighfirlee at least once
7. Saying the first tashahud
8. sitting during the first tashahud
