"Get out of the van," said a deep, gravelly voice.

"C'mon, Rae. Get up already," said the one called Taeyong.

Rae was still half asleep on Taeyong's lap. After introducing herself, I found her name was Kwon Mirae, commonly called Rae, by most of her friends.

She was the only other female here. 18 males, two females.

"Didn't I tell you to get up!?" shouted the same man, with the gravelly voice.

She abruptly sat up, banging her head on the roof of the van. "Kay, I'm up," she said.

As she crawled out of the van, I noticed something stuck to the bottom of her shoe. "Slut," I said reading the small note out loud. The word was plastered across the note in black marker.

"Excuse you?" said the guy from earlier. "Stop being an immature little girl and let her live," he said.

"I--", I started, only to be met with a burning glare and he crawled out the van, after Rae, who didn't seem to notice any of it.

I next crawled out the van, with Taeyong behind me.

What surprised me, was the large gap between the van and the ground. I jumped off, landing flat on my feet.

I looked back up at the step of the van, which was about five to six feet up. "Hurry up! We can't be late," shouted the man.

Next to me, was Mirae, and on the other side was the other guy. "Taeil," he said. "What?", I replied. "My name is Moon Taeil."

"Okay."

"Stop staring at me," he muttered shoving his face into his hands. "Sorry," I mumbled, looking away.

I was met with the daring eyes of Mirae. She was probably another like me, strong and desperate to live.

I smiled and waved at her subtly. There's no use trying to work with people who you can't work with. I ended up walking towards her. "I saw something on the bottom of your shoe earlier today," I said.

She furrowed her eyebrows and lifted up her shoe. "What's this?" she said, looking at the note.

"Whats a slut?" she asked.

My eyes widened. "It's a bad insult," I said, surprised of her innocence. "Did you write this?" she accused.

"What? No, no of course not. I saw it while you were getting out of the van."

"Okay, thanks for telling me," she said, seeming uncertain.

"No problem," I said.

She walked away, as I turned around to see Taeil looking at me. He quickly looked away.

"Stop, stop, stop, what is this?" said a voice.

In front of me was a large man with a deep voice.

"Are these females my new maids?" he says.
