"Shut-in!" Matias yells, walking into Ruby's house with Cesar and Rosa following. "It's Devil's Night, motherfuckers!" Rosa yells, excitedly. Matias was a doctor, and Rosa was Mia Wallace with a fake cigarette in on her ear to play the character properly.
You see Cesar and Rosa weren't like regular couples that went matching. Rosa always wanted to be a crazy character. She loves halloween, she could act like someone she wasn't, be a new type of confident.
"But I thought you were with Sebastian." Ruby says, shooting off the sofa. "Good to see you too." Matias says, smiling sarcastically a the boy.
"No, it's fine. It's just Take a seat. Any seat. Not the love seat. And don't block my scented candle." Ruby says pushing Matias towards a seat that just so happens to be next to Monse. "Okay, where should we sit? Since you're choosing seats now." Cesar asks.
"There." Ruby points to the one seater on the other side of Matias. "Rosa always sits on your lap anyways."
"True." Rosa shrugs, sitting down with Cesar. His arms wrapping around the girl as she puts her legs up on the arm rest. "What do you think?" Olivia says, walking into the room in what looks like a cowgirl outfit.
"That looks nice." Ruby says, putting a pillow on his lap. "Last minute?" Rosa asks, with a tilt of her head.
"Yeah. Mia Wallace?" Olivia says, smiling at the small latina. "Thank you! Finally someone who's seen pure genius!" Rosa says glaring at her brother and boyfriend, who never got what she was wearing.
"What show is that?" Ruby asks, interested because Olivia was. "It's only the best movie ever. Uma Thurman is in it." Rosa says, smiling excitedly.
"Okay, what movie is it?" Ruby asks, again. "Pulp Fiction, god now i know why people hate millennials!" Rosa yells, throwing her hands up.
"So, when are we going out?" Olivia smiles. "Never. Trick-or-treating in Freeridge is a no-go." Ruby says, shaking his head.
"I say we break tradition and go to a halloween party!" Rosa says, excitedly. "Yeah, Why can't we go to a halloween party?" Olivia asks Ruby.
