Prologue

Harry

"So Harry how's your wife and children doing? I heard more on the way. Congratulations!" The interviewer smiled at me. I grinned back at her in content.

"Yup. Mads, Carter and Darcy are good. Carter just won his under 10s football match and Darcy just passed her ballet exam. Maddi just passed the first trimester and we found out were having twins. A girl and a boy." I smiled happy to be talking about my family. We got the dream we had wanted. A big house by the beach in Australia with a pool and a big backyard. Carter was now 8 years old where as Darcy was nearly 7. We were still in One Direction although we toured less and had less interviews and more family time.

"Louis how's life with kids?" She chuckled as Louis sighed.

"Stressful but I'd never give up Morgan and Aimee for the world." He smiled. Morgan was now 5 years old where as Aimee was still 1.

"Zayn planning on more kids?" She smiled turning to him. He nodded.

"Yup. I mean Drew isn't staying 3 forever you know." He winked. She laughed slightly.

"Niall? You and Demi?" She smiled.

"Our Honeymoon is next week." He grinned. They had just got married and we were all going to Hawaii (again).

"Liam any girlfriends?"She smiled.

"Nope still single." He frowned lightly. I sighed. I felt sorry for the lad I mean we were all married with children and he was alone still.

"I'm sure you'll meet her soon." She winked. "Now that's all we have time for. Give it up for One Direction." She smiled before we walked away.

"Daddy!" Darcy screamed running and jumping on my hip. I caught her easily.

"Hey baby. Where's mummy and Carter?" I asked her. She patted her chin with her finger in thought. I chuckled and kissed her hair.

"Uncle Ni." She answered pointing to the food. Of course.

"You did good babe." My pregnant wife mumbled against my lips as she kissed me softly.

"Ahh good to know." I winked.

"I love you baby." She smiled.

"I love you too." I kissed her leaning in and making it passionate. Darcy turned to Carter and they have each other disgusted looks.

"EW!" They squealed together.

"Mummy have cooties." Carter giggled.

"No I don't mister." She smiled tickling him as he burst into giggles.

I missed these times. The times when things were good.
