(This is not Hanahaki. It's similar, but not it. It's more inspired by Flowerfell than anything)
Monokuma gives out a special motive 'The Flower Disease' but doesn't explain anything about what it is. He just says, he gave it to one of the students.
That student is Ouma (If you wanna use this as a prompt, you can give the disease to anyone.). The disease makes it so with every time someone hurts him (whether it'd be physical or emotional) a flower grows somewhere on his body. It can be in the lungs, It can be on his chest, it can be on his eyes, anywhere really.
