BTS Oneshots (Halloween edition)

🎃 Yoonmin 🎃

The worker in the cute glasses. That's how Jimin described him whenever he went to the café and saw him working. That worker always smiled to Jimin, but only to Jimin. He never usually smiled to anyone. Jimin noticed it and slowly developed a crush on him. He would go order a coffee and sit, stare at him while he was working.

In the afternoon, Jimin decided to go to the café. Not because he craved coffee, because he wanted to see that young boy that made him smile. He walked in, and saw him. Working and serving customers coffee. It was kind of chilly outside so Jimin was wearing a beanie. He walked to the line and waited for his turn. The worker hasn't noticed him yet. Until it was his turn, he got noticed and of course, he smiled at him.

"Jimin, you're here again. Do you want your usual?" He smiled.

Jimin shook his head "I want you to choose my drink since I want something different this time. What's your favorite drink here?" He asked.

The worker hummed "Well it is Halloween, so I'll make you a pumpkin spice latte." He said.

Jimin nodded "Thank you Yoongi!" He said.

"Will that be all?" Yoongi asked.

Jimin nodded and payed. He gave him a tip and sat on the chair waiting for his drink and watching Yoongi work. He wants to ask him out but he is too shy. "I should come up with an excuse... like it's Halloween and I want someone to see a scary movie with me. Maybe he will say he wants to! But wait... what if he never offers." Jimin mumbled to himself.

"I don't even like sweet drinks." He sighed and watched the older.

   "He's here again, he always comes here when it's your shift, don't you think he's interested in you?" The worker with Yoongi spoke.

    Yoongi cleared his throat "You are probably overthinking, I'm pretty sure he just comes here as a normal person for the coffee." He stopped talking seeing the worker roll his eyes and not even listen to Yoongi anymore. "Whatever!" He said annoyed.

   He finished Jimin's drink, "One pumpkin spice latte for Jimin." He said, seeing Jimin stand up from his seat and go up to him.

  "Do you have a marker I can borrow quickly?" He asked him.

    Yoongi wasn't sure why the boy wanted a marker, but he had one so he gave it to him. "Here you go." He handed him the marker.
 
   Jimin smiled while Yoongi left to deal with other customers. He started writing something on the cup, after he finished, he closed the marker and placed it on the counter next to the drink. He smiled and watched Yoongi talk to customers. "Here goes nothing.." he mumbled to himself while he left the café also leaving his drink on the counter. Yoongi noticed quickly that the boy forgot his drink. He quickly held it and ran after him exiting the café.

  "Jimin! You forgot this." He yelled making Jimin turn around and smile.

  "I didn't, I left it there on purpose." He stated.

   Yoongi walked up to him with confusion "On purpose? Perhaps you didn't like it? I'll make you a different one for free!" He said feeling guilty.

   Jimin smiled and shook his head "No, just read the cup." He said.

     Yoongi looked at the cup and on it something was written in marker.

   "This is a cheap way of asking you out but oh well, I don't like sweet things, but, you're definitely a big exception. How about we go on a date today to the movies at 8?"

    Yoongi smiled and gazed at Jimin, he adjusted his glasses "Seriously?" He asked.

   Jimin bit his bottom lip shyly and nodded "If you'd like..." he said.

   Yoongi smiled "You've got yourself a date Jimin." He sipped his drink and walked back to the café. Jimin didn't believe it actually worked, for some reason, he thought that Yoongi will throw away the drink or not show up. But, it worked. It was worth the try.

   "It worked." He giggled cutely and started walking back home to get ready for his date excitedly.
