Recover and Rescue

Ian's POV

We were flying away from home and that was extremely disappointing.

"Where do we go now?" I asked.

"Don't know." Cali turned to me.

"There's some cottages up north. Maybe we can lay low there." Mitch said pointing north.

"Good idea." Ann flew up beside him.

Suddenly, Cali stopped. We stop couple flaps after her. We turned around. We saw her looking in her bag.

"No! No! No!" She shouted.

"What is it?" Julie asked flying towards her.

"I forgot the healing potions!" Cali looked back towards Dragon Lord. "We have to go back." She started flying towards DL.

"Hold it!" Adam said cutting her off. "You didn't think without us did you?"

She smiled.

"Okay. Boys you distract him, the girls and I will get the healing potions." Cali motioned the girls to follow her.

"Lego!" Mitch yelled charging at DL.

We followed Mitch and yelled.

We started shooting DL with ice fire, gold fire, derp fire, ender fire, and just regular fire.

I have two things on my mind. How long we can distract DL, and the girls. I don't want anyone else to get hurt.

I could see the girls flying out of cabins. I see the girls showing each other the potions they have.

Suddenly, I feel a pain in my stomach and pass out. I felted the cool wind blow against my back.

Libby's POV

I fly into Ian's cabin and mine. I look around for potions.

I see chests all over the place. I look in the biggest one and sure enough it has the healing potions.I fly out of there as fast as can. I get out right before DL stomps on it.

I meet with the girls at what used to be the camp fire.

"Do we have everything?" I ask.

"Yep!" Cali shows us all the healing potions she grabbed.

We fly toward the forest when I see someone falling out of the sky. It's Ian!

I spread my wings and jumped into the air. I flew as fast as I could to Ian.

I caught him in my claws before he hit the forest trees. I looked at him in my dragon arms. His eyes were closed.

"Come on!" I shouted flying away.

I looked behing myself and saw everyone following me.

"Mitch, where are those cottages?" I asked.

"Just keep flying North!" He shouted.

And so we stared flying North.

Adam's POV

I couldn't stop thinking about Ian. Julie suddely flew up next to me.

"Do you know what happened?" She asked.

"Don't know. Probably got hit by DL's tail when he was whipping it around."

"Ya think!"

I jumped a little and looked at her concerned.

"Sorry. I just get so worried about my friends." She sighed.

"It's okay. We're all a little stressed out right now." I put my claw around her shoulder.

She looked at me and grinned.

"Thanks Adam."

<Time passes by>

"Guys, we've been flying all day. We should take a break for the night." Ty said barely able to flap his wings.

"He's right. Let's take refuge in those trees up ahead." I pointed to some trees in the distance.

We started flying harder than we've ever had before. I looked over at LIbby who was still carrying Ian. I flew up next to her.

"How is he doing?"

"*Yawn*I think he's fine. We should still check if there's any major wounds."

"How are YOU doing?"

"A bit tired."

"Don't worry. we're almost there."

We finally reached the area. I touched the ground and turned back into my normal self.

Everyone else started landing next to me. I saw Libby land then fall to the ground. I saw Julie run to her.

"Are you okay?" Julie asked while helping her up.

"I'm fine." Libby said with her eyes half closed.

I ran over to Ian to make sure he was alright.

"He's good!" I shouted calming everone down.

"Come on, let's set up camp." MItch started to take his tent out of his back-pack.

We all started setting up our tents.

"I'm done!" I yelled.

"Me too!" Libby yelled.

"Who's tent is Ian staying in?"

"He can stay in my tent. I'll keep checking up on him." She started to carry Ian to her tent.

"Libby, you can barely stand!"

"I'm fine! I can take care of him!"

"Okay." I walked into my tent.

I turned back and saw Libby walk into her tent before I did.

A few minutes later, I heard Iibby shouting from outside of the tents.

"Guys! Somthing's wrong with Ian!"
