I Married A Ninja Vampire?! Part 2

Chapter 2: The attack.

''Stop!'' I cried, waving my hands in the air as I'm arms reach away from the ninja. I froze. The ninja stops and looked at me. I stared in his eyes, his eyes are blood red. He stands and walks to me. Oh my god what do i do?! I thought as he comes even closer to me, I backed away a bit but I need to know why he's here.

''What do you want from us? Why do you come here and..And just torture our people?!'' My voice breaks as I say this. I'm confronting a ninja RIGHT in front of him, I'm sure to die. The ninja's eyes suddenly turn soft and change colour to a brown! So was he angry or something? 

''I mean no harm, I just want to go, you got that little girl?'' He said in a calm tone but when he said 'little girl' it was quite intimidating. I frowned but left it as that. Just as I opened my mouth to speak, I thought better of it because behind him the third villager was sneaking up behind him with a plank of wood. Quick as lightning he spins round and grips the plank of wood with one hand, the 3rd villager trembles, lets go of the wood, and runs for it into a house. The ninja turns to me again.

''If you don't mind, I'd like to leave this village now.'' he said in a stern voice. 

''Y-Yes...''  Was all I could say, so he was just passing by..? Or lost? I backed away and began to slowly turn on my heal when I heard a loud scream.

Other ninjas are attacking the village! Were they with the other ninja?! I panicked , I took one last look at the ninja and ran for it to the temple. I dodged the screaming villagers and slid the heavy temple doors open then slammed it shut.

Now I wait...

I ran quickly down the hallway and made my way into the tea room, I closed the door silently and leaned against the wall and slid down wrapping my arms around my knees.

''Be safe grandpa..please be here with me..'' I hear faint screams and the commands of the leader, or is it the leader ninja?! I'm frozen in fear, what if everyone dies but me?  Will I see grandpa again? Will I die? All of these thoughts ran through my head until I heard nothing. 

Has it stopped? I stood up and walk to the door, as I'm about to open it I hear voices, I stop in my tracks and listen.

''You said she went this way!'' said a husky voice.

''I did, and she did'' said a familiar voice. Dear god..that's the ninja! Are they looking for...me?!

''Well where did she go then?'' he sounds older then the first ninja.

''She ran in the temple I can feel her heartbeat, and I can..Smell her..She smells mouthwatering..'' He lifted his head into the air and breathed in deeply.

They ARE looking for me, I stood up and ran quietly to the side door that leads to the main hall and I silently shut the door and hid behind the big Buddha that was at the very end of the hall, it was 8 foot long and 15 foot high. They can't find me, they just can't. I hear the main hall door open. I have to stop myself from choking.

''Yeah yeah! I smell her! Man she smells good.''

''Listen idiot we're not here to feed off her, we're taking her to Kazuma''

''Awww, we can't even have a little bite?''

''No, if she is the one I don't think he will take it kindly if we fed on his woman.''

His woman?! What are they talking about?! I shuffled back a bit and I accidentally banged my head on the wall making a squeaky noise in the process. Damn it!- I cover my mouth with my hand and listen for them, movement, voices anything. But I hear nothing, phew. I take my hand away from my mouth and suddenly another hand comes to my mouth and jerks me back.

''Aha! Got the little brat!'' His hands are rough but I can't see his face, I struggle but the ninja holding me tightens his grip.

''Mmm!'' I struggled some more but it is useless he is simply too strong.

''Told you she was here.'' I look at the first ninja from before, he said he was going to leave but instead he gets one of his friends to grab me!

"Yeah yeah whatever Takimo, just give me the liquid before she bites me.'' Biting? Don't mind if I do! As hard as I can, I bite down on his hand and he screams and lets me go, I run towards the door but Takimo grabs my hand and pulls me against him, arm around my stomach and his other hand around my mouth. I try to scream but all that comes out are muffled cries.

''If you don't want to get hurt little girl, you better be good and keep still and quiet'' Takimo says, I slowly nod and stand there in his arms. 

''Siko, take the liquid out my pocket''

''With pleasure.'' While holding his hand he storms over with a death glare my way and  reaches into Takimos pocket and takes out a small brown bottle and a cloth

What the-? My eyes widen as Siko put the cloths at the rim of the bottle and tips the bottle upside down for 5 seconds and removes and holds my head and puts the cloth to my mouth. I hold my breath and realise i'll either give in and breath in or pass out, either way I lose. I close my eyes and strain as my lungs burn for air.

''Damn it this girl is stubborn!'' He holds my head tighter ''If you don't breathe it you little brat and ill suck you dry!''

That did the trick, I open my eyes and gasp in horror, which was a big mistake. Everything around me spins, then my vision darkens, then nothing
