I Married A Ninja Vampire?! Part 7

Chapter 7: Training.

I never saw it coming, one minute I'm standing with my short blade facing Takimo then the next I'm on my butt.

''Ouch..'' I rub my head and stood back up and dust my self off. ''This is painful!'' I winced that made Takimo smirk. He wore a short sleeve red ragged top and knee length shorts also red and his hair was messy from training. 

We were at the dojo, a dojo is where Kazuma, Takimo or Yamato train their ninjas, the dojo was a big room with weapons on one side and on the other is where others can watch and wait for their turn but this is a 'private' lesson for me, i've been in the Fouro castle for 2 weeks now and things are looking up, Kazuma was and is away on a mission he's been away for over a week and i hope he doesn't come back.

''Again but dodge better, remember; when i strike you swing block with the motion of your wrist then with your other hand you grab my blade and then you strike ok?'' Explained Takimo, his training was tough he floored me 6 times now! 

Ugh it's so embarrassing failing on my butt every 5 minutes. I nodded to him, turned to my side pointed my blade at him but kept my elbow bent and i put my other arm by my waist ready to grab his blade, i look down making sure my legs are part so i don't fall again.

''And go.'' With that he thrusted forward striking his blade towards my stomach. I swung my wrist deflecting his blade, that part worked now i should grab his blade, i took a step forward and reached to grab his blade but he grabbed my hand, spun me around and pushed me down.

I heard him chuckle. ''You were thinking of your next move other then doing it also you never thought about my other hand.'' He waved his empty hand at me then smirked. I sat up and rubbed my head. ''Ugh i'm never going to get it right..''

He frowned. ''No one gets things perfect when they started princess, some are lucky but remember you were raised in a poor village so you have no experiance in combat.''

That's where i smirked. ''Grampa did teach me hand-to-hand combat.'' I stood up.

He raised his eyebrow. ''Oh really? Care to show me?'' 

''Sure.'' I smiled, walked to the side of the room and put my blade on the weapons rest, I felt something moving so i went with my instincts and ducked that's where a hand swiped a spear in halve. My jaw dropped as i saw Takimo above me, his eyes were red and hungry.

''Whoa Takimo-san what's wrong?'' I asked but then i rolled to the side where he brought down his blade. I gasped and jumped to my feet putting my hands in front of me. ''What's going on Takimo-san?!'' I asked him again. But he walked towards me blade in hand. He threw the blade in the air only to catch the tip of it and lifted his arm then threw it at me, i jumped out the way but it cut the side of my purple kimono cutting me slightly on my arm. I looked up in shock holding my wound. ''Takimo-san! As Kazuma's wife i order you too stop!'' I demanded at him but he hissed at me and walked towards me again.

I let go of my wound, turned to my side with my hands out in a defensive position, he is unarmed which gives me a chance. He reached to grab my arm but i pulled my arm back, grabbed his, twisted it while going behind him then i pushed him down. He fell on his knees then turned to growl at me, if i keep this up someone might come or he will suck me dry, i will take those chances, i went to my defensive position again ready for him.

He jumped to his feet, turned then charged at me, i ran towards him then i jumped down arching my back then sliding onto the floor under him, holding my arm out i grabbed his leg and tripped him. Wow i'm better at hand-to-to then with a blade!

He rolled onto his back then kip flipped to his feet. This guy was good i'll give you that, i was about to go back to my defense position when something hit me! I was fighting a vampire ninja in his vampire mode! Well i guess it's a mode since his eyes are red when they are normally brown.
