Earth 2 - April

April had just gotten home from walking. She took of her shoes, putting them on the towel for wet shoes. One of her puppies can running up to her, "Hey! I missed you!" April told the dog, picking it up. She let the dog lick her face a couple of times before she put the dog on the ground. April walked up the stairs, down the hallway, towards her bedroom. When she opened the door, she saw her little brother in her room. "How in the world did you get in here! I locked the door this morning!" April protested putting her backpack on the ground. He was holding one of his favorite comics, "The Plundering Pirates", and had a bottle of gatorade next to him. "I have my ways." Her brother replied with a devilish grin. "Well if you going to be in here could you at least drink something more healthier, like milk or something?" April asked sitting on her bed. "Bleh! Milk!" Her brother replied sarcastically gagging. "What about a glass of chocolate milk?" April asked looking at him. "Ugh, fine." Her brother replied. April got up from her bed and went downstairs to the kitchen. She got a glass from the cabinet, and went to the fridge. Getting the milk and chocolate syrup. By the time she had everything placed on the counter, April's brother had ran downstairs with his comic and gatorade bottle in hand. He sat down on the couch, reading his comic once again. April poured the milk in the glass and stirred the chocolate milk in the glass with a spoon. She walked over to him and gave him the glass, and took the gatorade bottle. She walked over to the fridge and put the bottle into the fridge. "Hey April" June (April's Brother) asked. "Yeah" April replied from the kitchen. "Do you know when mom and dad are coming home?" June asked. "Uh.... They should be home in about 30 minutes." April replied. "Ok" June replied. April went upstairs to her bedroom and flopped on her bed. She closed her eyes, and began to day dream.
