Chapter Four: Izaya looks innocent?

Izaya's POV:
I was surprised when Shizuo followed me into the the hotel. Apparently Manami-chan wasn't there yet, and neither was Kine-san. I swear without those two I probably would be dead. When I first woke up back then, I was afraid, and scared. I couldn't move my legs. But it's been three years since, I kinda wish that I had a better life. I wish I wasn't an asshole, I wish I didn't drop out. I wish I wasn't such an idiot.
"Izaya".
I turned my head to Shizuo.
" What's wrong "?
"You alright".
" I'm fine, it's just I was thinking about if life went differently ", I said before yawning.
" You seem tired".
"Considering that I came all this way by train, I'm a bit tired", I said as I stretched my arms.
He looked at me.
"What is it"?
" It's just when you're not wearing that evil smirk of yours, your face looks innocent", he said.
"Innocent, I never thought those words would come out of your mouth to describe me, after everything that I put you through, I made you literally try to kill someone using violence, when it's something you completely hate doing, if anything, I'm not innocent, I just have survivors guilt. Maybe it would have been better if I had died by the Russian girls hands, that way I could've been sent to hell for my sins, or suffer the consequences of being myself entirely", I said as I looked down.
Shizuo sighed.
"Why are you so depressing, look, it's in the past move on, besides you have no intentions on doing anything to cause anyone harm considering your incapable of running away from them", he said.
" Shizuo", I said as I looked at my hands that we're gripping on my pants.
Suddenly I felt a hand on my head. I looked up and saw Shizuo smile at me.
Meanwhile...
Shinra's POV:
Izaya's bound to a wheelchair, maybe I can try to fix his paralysis.
*Shinra, what are you grinning about? *
Celty had showed me her phone.
"You know how Izaya's back, he's paralyzed from the waiste down, maybe I could cure it, though it seems that he's changed, he doesn't have this glass wall of evil around him anymore, the feeling I got when I looked into his eyes was regret. He wants to right all the wrongs he did, but he doesn't know how. Celty, Izaya is actually a really nice person, it's just he put a mask up all those years, I'll never forget the day when he really wanted to kill the guy that stabbed me, he looked as if he were going to cry. But he didnt, he made that person suffer. But Izaya only did that as revenge for me. If you actually think about it, Izaya has stopped countless suicides, all those teenagers that wanted to jump off a building, all those children, although, he didn't want to poison those girls at the karaoke, they asked him to, they begged him too, except for one of them, her name was Manami-chan, she was with Izaya tonight, she must've misunderstood what happened that day, and is waiting to watch him die", I said while pointing.
*is Izaya really that nice? *
"Izaya's heart is actually kind, but the wall he put around himself, was a deep pit that was uncovered by himself", I said.
*shinra, you must have deep admiration for Izaya, to protect him like this? *
" Izaya is my best friend, Although Shizuo is also one of my dear friends".
*Do you think Izaya knows about this admiration? *
"Not at all".
Meanwhile...
Shizuo's POV:
I pushed him into the elevator.
" What floor"?
"8".
I pushed the 8 button.
When we got to floor 8, I pushed him out of the elevator.
" What room"?
"432", he said tiredly.
I saw the door, and pushed him in front of it.
" Izaya, do you have your keycard"?
"Yes, it's right here, thanks for helping me, but you didn't have to do this", He said befors yawning and rubbing his eyes.
" Cute, no no stop it, Izaya is a guy, a guy damn it", I thought.
I opened the door, and pushed him inside, I shut the door behind me ad pushed Izaya to his bed.
"Izaya, you okay"?
I saw that his head had slightly fall forward, I then looked at him. He was asleep.
" He must've been tired, considering that he got here today, though when he's asleep like this he looks pretty innocent", I said while picking him up and placing him on the bed.
"Did I just say innocent", I thought.
"Should I get him out of the suit, I mean that might be uncomfortable", I thought before undoing his tie.
I sat him up slightly and took off the over coat of the suit. I then I unbuttoned two of his buttons of his shirt. I stopped after I saw how pale he was.
" God can anyone be this pale", I thought.
I continued to unbuttoned his shirt. He made a strange sound, almost like a moan when my finger touch his skin by accident. His face was a bit flushed.
I backed away from him.
"Damn it, I need to leave, he'll be fine until, Manami-san gets back", I thought.
"Please forgive me....Shizu...chan", Izaya mumbled.
