Dancing On My Own

"She's got a new girlfriend and that girl's too beautiful. They look good together." Dara said as she shared a story to her friends. I listened to their conversation not wanting to get their attention.

"Is that true? Oh my god! I'm so happy for Limario! It's been years since she got into a relationship!" CL screamed and Seulgi agreed to her.

What? L-lisa has a new g-girlfriend?

"Yes, it's true. I saw them early this morning at the café just infront of our building. She introduced me to the girl she's with and she said they're together now. I can't believe Limario did that.." Dara said with a smile on her face. I can see that they are really happy for Lisa.

I know they are cause after all, she deserve to be happy.

I heaved a deep sigh. I stood up from my seat and gathered all my strength to walk out of the cafeteria. I think I just wanna go home right at this moment but a thought suddenly came into my mind. 'If what they say is true, then I want to see it with my own eyes even tho it'll hurt me.' I stupidly mused.

I'm here infront of Lisa's apartment, waiting for something to confirm the news they're all talking about. I gasped when I heared the gate's opened, it revealed a smiling Lisa accompanied by a small girl who's holding her hand while giggling. Okay, enough Jennie. What I saw was enough, but then again, life's really a bitch to me that just right at the exact moment I was tryna pull myself from the scenario I was watching, I saw them kissed and right at this moment I feel a thousand knives stabbing my heart. Just what the fuck! I slammed my hand against my car's steer wheel and cried. I'm so stupid, why did I even go here?

I gave you my all, but still I'm not the one you want. Right Lisa? I will never be enough for you..
I drove myself to the nearest bar, I wanna get wasted and no one can stop me.

"A bottle of whiskey, please." I said as I got to the counter. The bartender just looked at me and nodded then he prepared my drink right away.

"Here's your whiskey, Miss." He said smiling and I just smiled at him too. I chugged my drink and take another shot, and another, and another until I can't remember how many drinks I've had.

The dance floor is kinda inviting me so I made my way to it. It feels good to do this again, but it just reminded me of Lisa. Before, we would always dance together. But now, its just me. I stopped dancing and sit on the counter again. I smiled bitterly while thinking of Lisa, once again.

I noticed a familiar girl from afar and when she got closer, she immediately pulled me into a hug. Who is this?

"Jennie! Long time no see! How are you and who's with you? Are you with Lisa?" She asked me nonstop. I recognized her and I smiled then hugged her tight.

"Rosé! I'm fine, how 'bout you? And no, I'm not with Lisa... anymore." I chuckled but deep inside it's fucking tearing me apart. Fuck!!

She looked at me intently asking me why and what happened..

Oh boy, tonight will be a long night..

I'm currently here at the church, attending a wedding. I'm watching Jisoo as she cried happily while walking to the aisle, where her soon-to-be-wife is waiting for her. Lisa looked at me as she mouthed "Thank you" to me. Fucking hell.. I just smiled and went at the back of the church. I'm not needed here anymore. I'm going home now.. I made my way to my apartment and cried until there's no tears left for me to cry. I'm so stupid.. Then I remembered I have a flight to catch so I calmed down and prepared myself. It's now or never..
