He faced me and made me stood up but I barely managed to stand up kaya inalalayan nya ako until I was in his car.
He didn't start the car. He was just there sitting at the driver's seat.
I didn't say anything. I don't know what to say but then tears started to fall again.
Naiiyak ako para sa sarili ko.
"Can you please enlighten me kung bakit ko sinasaktan yung sarili ko? I keep on loving the same person over and over again." I said then looked at the stars. "Binigay ko naman lahat lahat pero bakit parang kulang pa din?"
He didn't say anything.
"Nakakatawa kasi sabi nila ang dami daw na lalaki dyan na may gusto saakin yet look at me making myself miserable para sa isang lalaki." I remembered so many times na ilang beses naba may lumapit saakin, asking if I'm single, can they court me. I would always say No.
He started the car.
"Where do I drop you off?" He said.
I don't want to go home dahil sigurado ako nandun si Calvin.
"Please take me anywhere. Wag lang sa bahay." I said
He took a deep breath and said. "Sometimes you just have to accept the fact that love does not work the way you want it."
