What is humanity Yn thought, it's the idea of humaneness. It's being human, being normal. She was far from that but once his touch she felt for a small second that she was normal. A ghost, made her feel normal, just like she made him feel alive.
"So it's a big party where everybody can be themselves?" She questioned. It was seven in the morning, Yn and Corbyn were walking to school to spin some time with one another.
"Yeah," he smiled but then it quickly faded away, "do you want to be Hyde?" He asked in true curiosity. Yn stayed quite, which was her natural being. She born with her silence, which drew Corbyn in. But that's only the Jekyll side, Hyde was, well Hyde was always the monster she was scared of. Even thought Hyde was apart of her.
"Being Hyde," She furrowed her eyebrows, "being Hyde comes with a price and that price isn't good." She looked at him. His angelic eyes gave her hope, he felt some type of way towards her. He smiled, taking her hand in his.
Suddenly she felt the ground beneath her disappeared. Looking into his eyes, changing from blue to gray. He was translucent but like a foggy shadow.
"Casper got nothing on me." He wink.
"Wow such a good line," she playfully rolled her eyes. Making him chuckle softly, "haha, umm do you," He scrunched his nose, "do you want to be my date to the ball tonight?" He asked softly. Landing back on the ground, she smiled and nodded.
"Yeah I would like that."
His smile widen and planted a quick kiss on her lips. She blushed and walked away off into the school.

"Lime!" Zach shouted across the courtyard. It was the end of school and the boys except Corbyn were making their way to her. She smiled seeing her friends but gave them a questioning look about the blonde boy.
"Hey guys-" she started to say but was cut off by giggling. They all turned their heads. The blonde boy was hugging a brown hair girl whispering in her ear, making her laugh. Yn mood changed in a heartbeat.
To be exact her heart changed, it spe,d up then it was like it stopped completely. Jonah and Zach noticed her body shifting, they knew that the shift wasn't gonna be good. Her hair, eyes, the coldness, and the lost of humanity she once felt suddenly left. Her true monster came out, the bad, the evil, the only thing that truly terrified herself was...herself.
"Hyde." She heard Jonah warn.
"He hurt Jekyll Frankenmutt." She growled.
"Doesn't mean you have to hurt him," the youngest boy said seating on a broom. She rolled her eyes, Zach was such a stereotype of witches. She turned her attention back to the two people. She felt emptiness, nothing towards him, "if looks could kill." Daniel said half jokingly.
Before she could say anything Corbyn caught her staring. At first he was confused but then noticed it was Hyde. Yn mean stare turned into a challenging look. She smirked then turned away, "he's dead." Jack said cleaning his fangs with floss.

"You look amazing," Daniel smiled at Hyde. She rolled her eyes, "save it dog." She said fixing her necklace. He pressed his lips together and fixed his hair.
"Can I tell you something," he said turning to look at Yn. She turned and stared at him a cold gazed, "Hyde," he started, "you aren't the monster part of her. You make her human, you help her, and don't get the thanks you deserve."
Hyde raised her eyebrow , "Wolf boy," he smiled softly, "Hyde if it weren't for you she wouldn't be here. Everyone has their bad side, that's what makes us human."
"We aren't humans Daniel,we're monsters." Yn furrowed her eyebrows.
"Monsters are greedy, we aren't. You aren't, you help her get her frustration out. You-"
"I get it shut up already." she rolled her eyes.

The Halloween Ball was in the middle of the town, everyone that lived in that small town was there. It was a festival for them, one thing that made them feel like actually humans.
"Hey Seavey," the boys greeted Daniel, "Lime looking like the queen.' Jack joked. Hyde gave him a fake smile, which of course made him roll his red eyes.
"Yn this is Tatum," Jonah spoke, introducing the zombie girl. She smiled, "This Gabbie," the vampire introduce the other vampire girl. Zach rolled his eyes, "date stealer." he mumbled.
"Hey gu-" Corbyn walked up to the group, seeing Yn, well Hyde with Daniel he stopped and grabbed her hand pulling her away from the group. Walking hand in hand he pulled her into a alleyway.
"What the hell," he spat. Hyde pulled her hand outta of his grip, "Jekyll isn't here at the moment so mind what you do with who you do it with." she stated.
"Hyde as you can clearly see I'm not in the mood." he said slightly angrily.
She rolled her eyes and moved away from him. He grabbed her hand and pulled her back. Gently pushing her back to the side wall of the building. Putting both his hands on the side of her head, he trapped her between him and wall.
"Hyde or Jekyll I don't care," he said looking into her black empty eyes, "I love you, I'm in love with you. Hyde, Jekyll you're still YN." he said not looking away from her.
"You are what makes me human," he leaned closer, "what makes me feel so alive." he crashed his lips on to hers. Kissing her passionately, pressing his body against her. For a moment he felt that he was too late to switch her back to Jekyll.
Corbyn was scared that Hyde had fully taken over, until he felt her kiss back. In the moment she felt the humanesse come back to her, Yn slowly realized it. She pushed her away, putting her head down in shame.
"Corb-"
"You are more human than every human I met. You are the exact definition of perfection." he made her look at her. More human that every human I met, those words replayed in her head. Inside Hyde was cussing him out, Jekyll however felt more at home than she ever did.
"Yn," he brought her back to reality, "I love you."
