Chapter 4 - sorry im late

"Oh my god Kim I'm so sorry I'm late. I got ......um caught up in traffic, yeah traffic, I'm so sorry" I can't help but stutter. I mean what I'm i supposed to say to my boss, oh sorry I'm late I got drunk last night and slept with Sasha's friend, I'm sorry.

"Relax, its ok, I get it but you dont have to lie to me about why your late." Kim said to me tilting her head and raising her eyebrows.

"I'm sorry" I took a deep breath to try and catch my breath because I was running in."Anyway what did you think?"

"Well, judging by the hickey on your neck, i would say you got lucky" she responded while raising her eyebrows and looking at my neck, as I try to cover my neck and i can feel my cheeks turning red and my eyes widening.

"Ugh, what, I was talking about the photos I sent you the other night, not what you think i was doing, god" now I'm sure my face is all red, I throw my hands up to my face.

"Oh right" she laughed and I couldn't help but laugh along with her.

"Ok well, besides my weekend, did you like the photos I sent you from the Katy Perry interview."

"Oh, yeah they are really good, some of them will be in the next months issue, just go see Josh and tell him which ones and he will do his thing."

"Ok thanks" I walked over to my desk and put my stuff down and went back over to Kim.

"Hey do i have any other work coming up?"

"Umm I think so, just give me one second to find the sheet." she paused looking through all the papers on her desk and opening draws and throwing things around."Got it! its a band called, umm, The Vamps."

"Oh ok, I don't think I've heard of them before. Whats there deal and when is it?"

"They are a kind of new band. Theres just 4 guys around your age. I would listen to there music if I were you, and I would do it before the shoot."

"Ok I will, I just hope they are not that stupid douche boy band cause I don't think I can handle any more of them."

"Yeah i know what you mean, but they've been here before and they were funny and nice so, we'll see"

"Ok what day is the shoot?"

"Umm, next Tuesday, so in about a week "

"Ok, well I have a wedding to do on Thursday and the 5 seconds of summer shoot on Saturday, yeah? "

"Yep, that should be fun" she laughed.
