Chapter 2 ~See Me Sadly~

~No one's POV~
Keith kissed Lance on the cheek and told him to stay safe in the hangar before departing to his own lion and suiting up to start the mission they were given. Lance stepped into his lion, suited up and ready to fly. Blue purred affectionately when he "started the engine" (lol I forgot what its called). They all flew out the castle of lions and tuned into the coms (idk if it's coms or comms). Lance, Hunk, Keith, and Shiro flew over to the rip and looked into it for any large object or maybe even a ship keeping it open. "The fuck..? I don't see anything there." Keith said slightly agitated that he had been dragged away from what he was doing, and there was nothing in the rip, "Calm down, Keith. It probably retreated when it found out we picked up on its presence, whatever it was... Or whatever it is." Lance, Keith, and Hunk heard Shiro sighed heavily over the coms, "What is it?" Hunk asked as the three of them all moved to where Shiro was to see the tip of something sticking out of the rip, Shiro started clicking buttons in his days before tuning back into the coms, "Alright you guys, shoot at it with your canons and see if it retreats. If it doesn't, we'll go back to the castle and see if they're sending out any signals." Hunk, Lance, Keith, and Shiro then began shooting at the thing coming out of the rip that was beginning to get bigger. Most of the shots seemed to disappear into the rip but the ones that hit the ship reflected off of it. Lance suddenly stopped shooting and his lion stuttered to the side, "Ome-Lance, what's going on? Are you okay?" Keith asked through the coms ignoring the object coming out of the rip as he heard Lance panting over the coms. "Shit, Shiro, we need to go back, I think Lance is starting his heat." Keith flew over to Lance's lion and attached grappling hooks to his lion, starting to fly towards the castle of lions, Shiro and Hunk following after, "Allura, Pidge, Coran, can you hear me? This is Shiro, we're retreating back to the castle of lions. The object keeping the rip open seems to be a ship, and its not taking damage from our shots. Prepare canons and open the hangar, Lance has gone into heat and needs to be treated."
~Lance's POV~
"Hah, K-Keith." I whimpered as Hunk picked me up and carried me out of my lion, trembling in his arms. "W-Where's Keith? I-It's so hot." He wrapped one arm around my back and waist and used another one to support my head. Shiro and Keith were both alphas and it would be bad if one or both  of our best fighters went into a rut when a mysterious ship is coming out of a rip in time and space itself. Hunk is an Beta and my best friend so it makes sense they'd send him to get me when in heat during a mission. "La-e! He-! La-can yo-me?!" He pushed my bangs off my sweaty forehead and splashed a little water on my face. That's when I looked around dizzily and realized we we're in a bathroom, "Keith~" My head was pounding as I moaned in agony, I'd meant to ask where and how we'd got here but all that would come out of my mouth was Keith's name. Hunk put a pill in my mouth and helped me swallow it with some water before the entire ship shook violently and Hunk and I fell onto the floor.
