6: Someday is today

No one POV

"I don't understand Jug" Betty says backing away from him in tears.

"Betty I did not mean too" He steps toward her, Betty shakes her head.

"I have given you so many chances" Betty tries to stay strong,

"Betts" Jughead's eyes fill with water,

"If you really loved me you wouldn't have cheated on me!" Betty yells at him pushing his chest away from her.

"Betty I do love you" Jug voice cracks as he says it.

"No you don't, and I don't love you anymore. You have broke me so many times I don't think I can handle that" Betty softly says,

"Betty-" She cuts him off,

"Goodnight Jug" She walks away from Jughead. But she hears him say

"Go suck a dick Betty, I bet it will be that red head back stabber"

Betty POV

Last night I broke up with Jughead, I can't believe he cheated on me 3 times. I have not really been in the mood to do anything. I have not eaten. Just the thought of food makes my stomach turn. I have been getting texts from Veronica I answer them sometimes. My Mom is too busy with the farm to worry about me. I slowly drag myself out of bed and get dressed in a black and white polka dotted tank top, a pastel pink cardigan, black jeans, and nude flats. I brush through my hair and try to put it up in a 'Betty Cooper ponytail' I wipe off my makeup from the night before and don't even bother to put on new makeup. My mom left early for the farm meeting today, I just walk out the door, As i walk out the door I see Archie and Jughead arguing, I listen to what they are saying.

"Dude don't come to me like you're the victim in this situation" Archie yells,

"She broke up with me" Jughead yells back,

"Because you cheated" Archie pushes him back a little.

"So you take that sluts side" He points at my house, I see Archie's face go red, To be honest that hurt what Jug said.

"Call Betty a slut again and see what happens" Archie says though his teeth, He is so mad.

"Betty is a slut I mean she did kiss you and you're the definition of a man whore" I see Archie punch him in the face, Archie keeps punching him, soon Jughead pushed him into the stairs on Archie's patio, They keep hurt each other. I ran over there.

"Arch, Jug stop" I say trying to pull them apart. Archie was holding Jughead's shirt collar ready to punch him, he looks at me.

"Betts" He whispers, He lets go of Jughead and hugs me,

"I am so sorry" He whispers well still hugging me, Jughead coughs.

"Jughead just leave" My hands resting on Archie's chest, Archie's hands loosely lay on my waist. Jughead puts up his fist and tries to punch me but I hide my face in Archie's chest, I could feel his grip get tighter.

"If you don't leave in 10 seconds I am calling the cops" Archie threats. I hear Jughead run away.

"Betty" I take my head out from Archie's chest. I did not realize I was crying,

"Don't cry Betts" He would let me go.

"I loved him but he just got worse as he became Serpent King" I say as I am wiping my tears,

"He does not deserve you Betty, your better than him" Archie pulls me into his chest, I wrap my arms around his waist,

"Betts" he says,

"yeah" I reply

"You are the most beautiful and lovely girl I have every meet" Archie whispers,

"What about Veronica" I did not mean for it to snotty but it did.

"We ended it" He sighs

"why" I ask, I look into his eyes

"Because of you" He looks down at me lips and back at my eyes.

"Arch" I start to say,

"I know we can't be together because of our friends but-" I cut him off with a kiss I don't even know why. I pulled away.

"I am sorry I just-" He cut me off my kissing me. He pulls away. We just look into each others eyes. He slowly leaned in as I did too. Soon enough we we kissing each other, it was magic. we just wanted each others lips. I was not anything sexual but I like to think of it as love. We did not notice Fred's car pull up. We were still kind making out on the porch. I hear him say.

"I knew they would find each other some day" That someday is today
