11: I would never pt.1

Betty POV

I cheated. We cheated. And I don't regret it. That night I had sex with Archie Andrews. And that night I got pregnant. With. His. Baby.

"I don't know how to tell him, ALL of them. I cheated on Jughead and I slept with my best friends boyfriend they are not going to be happy for me. Us. But Archie might not even be happy" I rant to Cheryl. Yes. Cheryl.

"Dear cousin, the more you hide it the more hurt they are going to be" She tells me. It makes sense, I just don't know IF I can.

"Wait how do you even know for sure it is Archie's?" She asked.

"Archie was the last person I slept with" I spill. She nods.

"Just know cousin, I will always be there for you" She holds my hand.

"Thanks Cheryl" I hug her. We were at her place talking because my mom would freak if she heard this conversation and she would hate having Cheryl in her house. I had my phone in my hand my thumb hovering over Veronica's name, I was shaking, tears forming in my eyes, the big question is how will she react? I end up pressing on it. She answers on the second ring.

"Hey B!"

"Hey V, I need to tell you something"

"Sure what's up?"

"Like in person, it's too important to tell over the phone"

"Okay meet at Pop's in 10?"

"Sure, milkshakes on me"

"Thanks B, bye love you"

"Bye love you too" I sighed. I look over at Cheryl who is ready to fix me up and take me. She covers up the redness under my eyes, the tear stains off my face, and fixed my lipstick. I was ready to go. I had on a baggy white hoodie, black leggings, and white shoes. I really wasn't in the mood. I find Veronica in a booth.

"Hi" I sit down across from her.

"Hey! I already ordered for us, vanilla and chocolate" She says, I nod.

"So what did you need to talk about?" She asks, I look down and take a deep breathe.

"I-I" I stop, the milkshakes are here.

"Who's paying?" Pop's asks,

"Me" Veronica and I say at the same time.

"Here" I hand Pop's my credit card.

"Okay go on" She takes a sip of her milkshake.

"I-I-'m" I stop again. I type it out on my notes in my phone.

"I'm pregnant and it's Archie's" I slide the phone over. Tears fill her eyes as she reads it.

"Your lying" She says, giving me my phone.

"Don't tell anyone, your the first person I told, I thought I could use your support" I say,

"You slept with my boyfriend, and I'm supposed to help you" She grinds her teeth together.

"V-" I try to say

"Just shut up" Veronica stands up and leaves. Pop's came and gave me my credit card.

"Fight?" He asked,

"You could say that" I lay my head down on the table and cry.

Archie POV 

My phone starts ringing,

"Hello"

"Hey Archie, it's Pop. You might want to come down to the diner. Betty and Veronica had a fight,"

"I will be right there" I hang up. I practically ran to Pop's I open the diner door, Pop points in the direction of them. I was expecting to see Veronica and Betty but I just saw Betty, her hair was messy, her outfit was not like it usually was. I sat down across from her. She looked up, tears were all over her face, makeup on her sleeve. She was a mess.

"Betts what's up" I ask her, her lip does that thing when she gets really upset, she looks away and sniffles before pushing her phone over. "I'm pregnant and it's Archie's" it read. Betty is pregnant with my baby. I get up and look at her. She looked at me in sadness and in fear. I sit down next to her and pulled her into my arms, she cried on my chest. I whisper in her ear.

"I promise I will never leave you" I kissed her forehead and let her cry.
