Now

Hayden's POV

I wake up to the sound of sirens. "Oh no, they found me." Holding back tears, I jump out of bed, pull on some sweat pants, and run to Gerard's room. I slam the door shut after me and turn the lights on. Gerard half moans,"Have someone else help you with your makeup today."

I run over to him and choke out, "Are you wearing clothes?"

"Mmmmmhmmmmmm", he nods too.

I count down in my head, "three, two, ONE!!!"

I run and jump over him to the other half of the king bed, get under the covers, pull a pillow over, and push myself against the wall, completely under the covers. "Did you see another spider?" he asks me. I shake my head "No" violently. "Then what?"

I start sobbing, choking, shaking. He rolls over once more and pulls me to him. He hugs me close saying, "Shhhh, shhhh, tell me whats wrong, tell daddy."

He hugs me even tighter as I start to hyperventilate. He wraps his arms around my sides, moving them from my neck and shoulders. "Shhhh", he says, stroking my back, I hug him tightly, with my arms and my legs. My mind is even more jumbled than usual.

All of a sudden Chaucer, our full-sized, white, male poodle bounds in, sees me crying, and as usual, growls at the only other person in the room, which happens to be Gerard this time.

Then I realize I don't here the sirens anymore. My crying stopped, and Mikey runs in saying "Gee, Gee, Gee, I heard sirens!"

I start crying again, and so does Mikey, then Gerard. Mikey jumps over me and Gee, crawls under the covers with us, and hugs me tightly. Gerard stops crying and says, "Hayden, roll over to Mikey." After, like, five minutes, I reluctantly roll over to Mikey, who held on to me like it was life or death. "I'm going to get Hayden's inhaler and tell everyone about the sirens. Is that why you were crying Hayden?" I nod. He leaves me and Mikey cuddling and crying. Chaucer follows Gee.

Mikey wraps his arms around me and I fall in to him. I wrap my legs around his right leg and put my arms around his neck. We're both still crying. He starts to cry louder, harder. "Where is Gee, why isn't he back yet", I think as I realize its been at least five minutes. "Wow Gee was only in his boxers!" I pull my face back a little, tilt his head down, and kiss his forehead, once, twice, a third. I go for a fourth, but he pulls me closer, if that's possible, and kisses my left temple, over and over and over again.

All of a sudden, I hear footsteps, lots, and then the covers are ripped off of us. Gerard sputters when he sees us, then Frank, then Ray, then a camera clicks, there's Avril. "MIKEY WHA-", he's cut of by Avril, who slaps him in the face.

"CAN'T YOU SEE!! THEY'RE BOTH TERRIFIED!!!", she screams at Gerard. The screaming makes both of us cry harder. After a moment of shock Gee recovers. Mikey, still holding on to me, rolls over, closer to the edge, so that I'm on top of him. Frank walks over to try to pull me off a now puffy-faced Mikey.

"Nooo!!!", I scream, "Don't take me away!!!" I've lost all sanity as I hold Mikey tighter, and I mouth onto his chest, "Don't let them take me away!!!" Mikey starts pushing me off, we're both struggling to breath. Then I realize Mikey's in his boxers too. I let Frank take me and Ray helps me use my inhaler. I turn around so that I'm hugging him, but he sets me down. I sneak under his shirt while his head is turned. He turns back and finds us sharing a shirt and me hanging on for dear life. "What the fuck are you doing!", he screams. I start crying again, he says, "Hayden, no, stop crying I didn't mean it. Please don't cr--" He starts crying too, and kissing my forehead. Before long we're all crying.

Gerard and Avril are trying to take Frank's shirt off, but its hard when he's holding me up so I don't fall. The sirens, they're closer now and I scream. Gee and Avril have given up, and we're all in a group hug.
