1 week after the incident at Kuoh Academy, Ryusei revealed his lab to Issei where he doing his work.
"I will be your support from the shadow, Issei. Because you are the hero that the world need. With my knowledge, you will be stronger than the Divine Dividing user, and with the help of your sacred gear also.
Seem like you know a thing or two about the device that Issei used.
"V-Buckle is the name of that device. I don't know why it's exist from the lucky charm I gave to Issei ", said Ryusei.
"This thing..?", ask Issei.
"Look Issei, i know you want explanation from me but i will explain to you at the proper time but now, we have to focus on our problem..", said Ryusei.
"What is it, Aniki?", ask Issei.
"Be aware of the snake. Not the normal snake but the snake are in my term, an individual..", said Ryusei which make Issei furrow his eyebrow.
"Is this person responsible of the mass produced driver that i seen the other day?", ask Issei.
"Yeah, he goes by the name Blood Stalk. Be careful of him, Issei. He tend to see all of this event as a game. Also look out for Kille Burst, A Spider. He is a mysterious one. While i know a thing or two about Blood Stalk but i dont have knowledge about Kille Burst only that he can control his own power level either low or high. We dont know his true power level yet. And lastly, A Bat. Night Rogue. He is to me still a mysterious since i dont know where his alliance is but i can guess he is neutral...", said Ryusei.
Ryusei explain Issei about the system that these three use, Transteam system. After that, Issei have to go because of the meeting between three faction and then Ryusei gave Issei Build Phone so that he can contact him when there is trouble after that Issei gone. Which Ryusei realize that Chaos Brigade will attack the meeting at Kuoh Academy and possibly, Blood Stalk will be there too, maybe along with Kille Burst.
Ryusei have to believe in Issei. He can take care of this incident that soon to be happening, if things get out of control, he have to intervene then. Because, he is kamen rider represent humanity.
We should finish the power up device that we need. Full Full Bottles is almost complete but need a few more adjustment here and there.
"Understood, I'll finish it later...", said Ryusei.
-Few Hours Later, Kuoh Academy-
Its all happening too fast. Someone is attacking the summit meeting. Issei and the others are run outside to find an unknown army battling a three faction army.
"All of those are old maous descendent....", said Rias. "So they are behind all of this attack...", said Sona.
The Old Satan Faction consist of Katerea Leviathan and Creuserey Asmodeus as both facing Sirzech and Azazel.
"I guess i have no choice then...", said Azazel, smirking as he dodge an attack from Katarea.
"Henshin...", announce Azazel.

Azazel summon his weapon as he began to fight Katerea in serious.
Creuserey is fighting Sirzech which the fight end with Sirzech victory.
"Well, at least you have that beautiful body of your but shame, i have to destroy you...", said Azazel.

Azazel hover at the air as he dive at her with a rider kick that transforming his legs into a crocodile mouth and grab her then bite her repeatedly before she turn to dust.
As for Issei, whom transform into his Ryuki Survive confronting Vanish. "I knew you were behind all of this, Vanish!!", shout Issei. "Listen-", Vanish try to talk but Issei cut him off with a punch which Vanish block. "Don't you dare lie to me!! Why are you doing this!?", shout Issei. "I am not your enemy....at least that what i think...someone has take over a group and lead this assault...our enemy is the same!", said Vanish.
"What are you-", Issei been cut off by blast beam that hits behind Vanish. "This is..", Issei turn around to see Ryusei, in his Enigma Build form. Vanish look behind him, a Smash that been destroyed.
"Issei, Vanish, am i late for the party?", ask Ryusei. "No, it just started...", said Azazel, land beside Ryusei. "Grease...that voice...Azazel..?", shock Ryusei. "Seem you know of me...", said Azazel. "We met at the forest, you used Transteam System as Night Rogue...", said Ryusei. "Night Rogue...i don't use that Transteam system, boy. I am only known as Grease..", said Azazel.
Ryusei shock again. "Then who-",
We can focus on that later but right now, we have to figure out who lead this assoult on summit!
"Surely this isn't your doing, Vanish", said Ryusei, interrogating. "Not me, someone has take full control of Khaos Brigade. A friends of mine has informed me...", said Vanish.
"Then, who-", All of then stop as they heard a clap. "What a fun this was. Assault on Summit Meeting of Three Faction is surely fun~".
Evolt....
Evolt, now in body of Kiryu Sento, has appear from the portal of Ophis. "To all of you to entertain me like this, i am quite honored but let get down to business, some of you know me as Blood Stalk but to one of you here, know me as Evolt...",
"Evolt..?", ask Sirzech.
Rias and Sona with their peerage just grit.
"Yes my name is Evolt, i am a world destroyer...my job is to pulverize a world . Though i have failed 1 time but i will continue from the start..", said Evolt.
Evolt take out Build Driver and Cobra Fullbottle.
'Slither!' Evolt then insert the Cobra Fullbottle that shape like Full Full Bottle onto the Driver.
'Cobra!' Evolt then rotate the crank and then stop.
"Henshin..", announce Evolt.
