"I can't believe this city is exist...", said Ryusei. Her inner kamen rider fanboy is screaming. He can't believe to be stepping foot in THE Fuuto City. Which mean, Shin gonna contact THAT kamen rider...
"Too quiet...", said Keima. "Here they come..", said Shin. Then, Masquerade Dopants appears out of nowhere. "These guys....damn it....", said Ryusei as he take out Hazard Trigger and Full Full Bottles as he rotate the bottle cap to use RabbitRabbit mode and transform into Kamen Rider Enigma Build RabbitRabbit form.

Keima take out his Mighty Actio X and Gamer Driver to transform Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.

The three riders start to fight the masquerade dopants.
"I knew this city is troubled since we walked in", said Keima. "Shin!! I hope you have plan for all of this!", said Ryusei. "Shut up, and let me think!", said Shin.
Ryusei punch one of the masquerade dopant as Keima slash the masquerade dopants. Shin use his clock up ability to destroy as many as possible.
"There is no end to them...", said Ryusei. "We need to-", a sound of motorbike cut off Keima's word. "That bike..", said Shin.

Ryusei shock to see the kamen rider of two colour, black and green. "Double..", he mutter. "That is Kamen Rider Double?", ask Keima.
Kamen Rider Double is now fighting the masquerade dopants with ease and destroy them within a short amount of time.
"You three must have a reason to come to this city...", said Joker Side. "Kentaro, easy with them", said Cyclone Side. "Last time i interact with rider, it doesn't end well, Lars", said Joker Side. "Because you did not how to negotiate, Kentaro", said Cyclone Side. "What ya say, Lars?!", shout Joker Side. "At least let us hear their reason, Kentaro", said Cyclone Side.
-Fuuto Detective Agency-
Double demorph back to reveal only Kentaro but Lars has been at their agency building. Lars serve them a tea.
"So, let us hear your reason behind why you three are here", said Lars. "We need your help. It's about hero faction whom running wild lately", said Ryusei. "Them again? I've heard about them causing havoc across Japan, what's up with that?", ask Kentaro.
"All i can guess is they collecting data for something big and it is involve with the...well, supernatural beings. Angel, Fallen Angel and Devils. But they are not really Devils to begin with since they are more "merciful" than the original one", said Ryusei.
"I guess Hero Faction is part of something big..?", ask Lars. "Khaos Brigade, lead by Evolt", said Keima. "Evolt..?", ask Kentaro. "He is an being from outer space and he eat planet like by destroying it", said Ryusei.
"Alien huh? Well, i guess we have to take this request, Kentaro", said Lars. "Yeah, they really need to learn a lesson then. They also causing havoc in this city few days ago before they said they going to Kyoto", said Kentaro.
"Then, you help us..?," ask Keima. "We are, but we do this because they causing havoc across the country so don't think this will bring me back to kamen riders alliance..", said Kentaro.
"It is all we need, don't worry. A temporary alliance is what we need right now...", said Shin. "Also, have you contacted OOO?", ask Shin. "No, like i said, we really didn't contact since the disbandment. But OOO should be still at that city..", said Kentaro.
"Then, we will ask his help then. We need more riders to defeat Hero Faction", said Ryusei.
-City Of Kogami-
OOO is defeating the Yummy that appears out of nowhere. "Seiyaaaaaa", he use drop kick towards the last Yummy.
He land on his feet.
