Evolt has transform into a kamen rider with sclash driver.
Ryusei shock to see it. Evolt inspect his form as he clench his fist. "This will do for now, lets begin the test then..", said Evolt. Evolt charge at the kamen riders, but Ryusei is the first one to react and charge at Evolt. Both swing their first punch. Ryusei's punch connect Evolt but Evolt skid a bit, but Evolt punch make Ryusei stumble backward.
"Whats going on? He is that strong using Build Driver system?!", think Ryusei.
His hazard level must be much more stronger than your, Ryusei! Be careful!!
Issei, Saji and Vanish retaliate but Evolt just block their punches. "You three think you can match my hazard level with just a simple fight?! Think again!!", shout Evolt. Evolt use a red energy wave to hit them.
Vanish stumble backward and but stand his ground so too Issei and Saji.
Azazel then charge at Evolt and both start to fight. Both of them start to exchange punch. Seem Azazel can toe to toe with Evolt.
Grease can match him..
"Because he is the leader of fallen angels...he has experienced in battlefield", think Ryusei, joining the fight.
Ryusei jumps over Grease and kick Evolt. Evolt stumble a bit.
"Seem that your hazard level begin to rise up a bit, lets do that", said Evolt, taunting Ryusei.
Grease and Enigma Build co-operate as they start to attack Evolt. The alien just guard and defend from their attack.
"Thats it! Come on, Ryusei! Let it all out!!", shout Evolt, as he yell war cry and punch Evolt at the chest but Evolt just stand still.
"See? No matter how much you try, you still stagnant...your hazard level still stay...", said Evolt. "But not me..", said Grease, who jumps over as he perform rider kick on Evolt, as golden energy kicked Evolt repeatedly as he been sent to the wall.
"Uaaaaagh!", shout Evolt.
Grease land safely to the ground. Evolt walk among the dust. "Interesting, Grease. Seem to be you are the only one that can make them powerful...i am looking forward to that day...", said Evolt, as Ophis portal opens and he step inside it.
Grease just then stare at Ryusei and the others. He punch the ground, he feel like he back from square one. He feel weak now.
"Get up, all of you..", said Grease. "Seem to me that we have so much work to do..." said Rogue. "I guess it is up to me then, to raise your so called hazard level...", said Grease, again.
-Next Day-
Issei and Saji is training with Grease aka Azazel. "Get up, surely that is not all you've got, Sekiryuutei..", said Rogue. Issei and Saji grit as they back up and charge at Rogue.
What you thinking, Ryusei?
"I have to free Kiryu Sento from Evolt's possession. Sento-san can solve the problem that we have now...so much changes. Vali is supposed to be leading the attack of the summit. Not Evolt..", think Ryusei.
Then we better speed up working on the full full bottle.
"Yeah...", said Ryusei.

Ryusei and Issei have a final talk, before Issei go to a trip."A trip to underworld?", ask Ryusei. "Yeah, training at underworld. Azazel-sensei have a plan for our training because of what happen..", said Issei. "Then, take care, otouto", said Ryusei, ruffle Issei's hair and grin. Issei also grin.
So Issei and Rias with rest of the peerage go to underworld, while Ryusei stay at human world and protected it.
While walking home through the city, an explosion occur which shock him. Ryusei go and investigate and then see an unknown monster, its look like smash.
"Smash..?", ask Ryusei
Look different, wait, Ryusei! Look! The colour of that Smash is familiar! Is that...
The Smash are cross between rabbit and tank. It has a tank cannon on the right of his arm.
A Smash?!
"Is that what I think it is....?", think Ryusei.
Smash from Lostbottle, Lost Smash
Ryusei transform into Kamen Rider Superior Build and charge at both CD Lost Smash and RabbitTank Smash and start to attack him.
"These smash is powerful!", shout Ryusei. Then a barrage shot at CD Lost Smash. Ryusei look behind him and see Night Rogue.
"Night Rogue..", said Ryusei. "No time for talk, lets finish that smash", said Night Rogue. "Using that system?", ask Ryusei. "I have another one...", said Night Rogue.
'Gear Engine! Gear Remocon! Funky Match!'
"Jundou..", announce Night Rogue as he fire the mist and then hologram of gear engine and remocon as he attach at Night Rogue.
"Hell Kaiser, to battle!".
*Hazard On! Shining Build! Are You Ready?! Uncontrol Switch, Black Hazard! Yabei! (Be The One!)*
Hazard Shining Build and Hell Kaiser team up to fight the CD Lost Smash and RabbitTank Smash. Both struggle to fight the two smash.
I knew something wrong! These Lost Smash is different! Must've been Evolt creation and he must've been modified these Lost Smash more stronger than my world version.
"Then what should we do!?", think Ryusei.
"We have to hit him really really hard..", said Hell Kaiser.
"Eh? Thats it!?", ask Ryusei.
"Thats it..", said Hell Kaiser.
Hell Kaiser take out Steam Blade and attach it at Nebula Steam Gun to make Nebula Steam Rifle. Ryusei summon FullBottle Buster
Both then charge their weapon as they charge toward the CD Lost Smash and RabbiTank Smash
*Voltech Break*
"Haaaaaaaa!!!!!!", yell both Hell Kaiser and Ryusei
The two energy blast hit CD Lost Smash and completely destroy it. From those explosion, three fullbottles land on Ryusei's hand.
CD Lostbottle, and the twonRabbit And Tank Fullbottle. It's seem like it's a stray devil too. Evolt must've been experimenting on them.
"This would be a threat in a future...", said Ryusei, as he turn to Hell Kaiser.
"Thanks, whoever you are..", said Ryusei. Hell Kaiser just scoff, as he ride his Night Kaiser Machine and ride off.
"Well, your welcome then...", said Ryusei.
But he feel something off about Night Rogue/Hell Kaiser. Something about that guy he felt....familiar...

Kille Burst is killing off the stray devil when he sense the presence.
??? : are you the one who call himself, Kille Burst?
Kille Burst just laugh. "This is quite unexpecting turn of event...Hero Faction...Cao Cao..", said Kille Burst.
"Are you?", ask Cao Cao.
"No, Kille Burst is not my real name. My real name is Killbus...", said Kille Burst
