1. frozen dolts

In the frosty mountains way up high on mt. Glenn a group of four teenage huntresses were walking up a snowy path up the mountain for a mission provided by ozpin. They walked up a little ways before the snow began to poor on them. They're team leader ruby rose and her sister yang xiao long were in front while Weiss and Blake were following close behind. They are no worse for wear as they progress forward into the white storm that blotted they're vision. As ruby continued on she shouted back to Weiss and Blake trying to keep snow out of her eyes.

Ruby: Weiss!! Blake!! Why we here again!!!???

Weiss looked up and squinted with her hand in front of her face. Blake looked up to look at her leader contemplating on why they were there. After a few minutes of trying to get the words out they were finally able to get a few words out over the storm. Though it may be muffled by the storm's howling Ruby could tell that Weiss looked like a proper ice queen in these conditions, well most of them did at the moment with snow covering them.

Blake: OZPIN SENT US ON A SEARCH MISSION!!

Yelled Blake over the wind. Ruby nodded now remembering that ozpin wanted them to go on a Misson to find a said old temple up on mt. Glenn and retrieve a certain reilic if found. Unknown to the leader of the group the rest have been given secret order's by ozpin earlier that day.

Flashback to ozpins office yangs pov

Me , Ruby, Blake, and Weiss were in ozpins office while he sat behind his desk sipping his coffee. He remained in his seat picking up his scroll looking through it. Taking  one last sip of his coffee before talking in his monotone voice.

Ozpin: ahh team rwby it is lovely to see you in good spirits

I crossed my arms to make myself look bawla. Though I was curious for what Ozpin wanted to tell us, as always ruby was excited and about to burst. I chuckle at her she always finds a way to brighten the mood in any room no matter what it may be. I rubbed her hair and smiled she puffed her cheeks puff out and she gives me that adorable look she gives when she's angry. It is one of the things I like doing to ruby to get her to make her do that face.

Ozpin: you see the reason I called you in today is because there is a temple on Mount Glenn that holds a artifact that I want you to retrieve.

He said in a nuetural tone that sent chills down my spin. I kept my composure while ruby calmed down and listened. Weiss and Blake seemed to be listening intently to him, ozpin picked up his scroll again and tapped a few buttons till a hologram appeared of a staff.

Ozpin: have you heard of the story of ainz ool gown

We all looked at him intrested in the staff. The staff looked as if it we're made out of gold the staff wasn't straight at all it was twisting in a spiral, and at the top had multiple snake heads that had a circular gem stone in each ones mouth. It was intimidating as hell ruby looked in awe at the staff considering that it was the fabled lich king. Everyone knows the story of ainz ool gown but it was a myth right? During the war it is said it was halted because of him and they we're being creamed by him to the point were they need to join forces and fight him together to take him down.

Weiss: yes but that is a myth

Ozpin: on contrary miss schnee it is quite real

He said looking away for a bit then after a brief silence before looking at ruby.

Ozpin: so I'm sending you to retrieve it.

Ruby looked as though she was going to burst with excitement.

Ruby: oh my God!!! I can't wait!!

Me: Wow little sis calm down

I said laughing at her I saw ozpin smile a bit then went back to his stoic look.

Ozpin: miss rose would you excuse me and your team for a bit

Me and Ruby looked at him confused but ruby complied and went in the elevator. I wave to her as the doors close.

Me: see you at the room ruby

When ruby was gone the atmosphere became serious and ozpin looked at us with a look that could match the atmosphere.

Ozpin: *sigh* there is no easy way to say this to you all especially you miss xiao long so I'm going to be blunt..

Ozpin paused for moment looking down in shame and remorse before continuing.

Ozpin:I. ..need you to kill ruby rose
