A Nejisaku surprise

I don't wanna copy Kakashi's bell test so I'm creating my own.

🌹Hikari POV 🌹

I felt bad knowing the Hokage doesn't trust me in wanting to be a Sannin. I would never betray my village for power,but I will train under Orochimaru . If Hokag-no! If Naruto didn't want me to reach my goal then I'll do it without his knowledge . My new team and I were walking to our training spot to do a test . Sasuke-sensei said something about testing to see if we're fit to be shinobi. If it's anything like Kakashi's bell test then I'm sure we could pass. After all,Kakashi was his sensei so perhaps he'll use the same tactic.

Sasuke :"I have hidden a scroll on the field. In order to pass you will have to obtain the scroll. The field is rigged with traps and you will be fighting me."

Hikari:"Is this about teamwork ?"

Sasuke :"No Hikari. This is to test your tracking skills."

I stomped my foot so hard it made a deep footprint on the ground. I gave him my best glare.

Hikari :"Im.not.a.tracker."

Akemi and Haru gave me worried looks while Sasuke looked displeased .

Sasuke :"You are a Hyuga. You have byakugan,which allows you to see 360° around you. You can see through walls and any solid matter . You're a tracker."

Hikari:"I'm gonna be a fucking Sannin! I'm a fighter not a sniff dog !"

Sasuke :"That's enough Hikari!"

I spit on the ground and went onto the field. I activated my byakugan and saw my teammates also entered the field. Sasuke has the sharingan which means the scroll is hidden under a genjutsu. I looked for any unusual appearances around the wide field. The hoards of trees would make it difficult to see for anyone without byakugan but I found it easily . Much too easy, that meant there are traps around . When I stepped closer a paperbomb went off. I made 5 shadow clones and sent them to find more traps. I saw Akemi fighting Sasuke on the other side of the field. Suddenly everything went quiet. My mother appeared in front of me. Genjutsu! I dispelled it and kept running .

Sasuke appeared in front of me and grabbed my leg. I used a substitution jutsu to escape his grip. From what I know ,Sasuke is very fast so landing a direct hit on him is nearly impossible . I gave him a swift kick towards his head but he caught my leg. I used this opportunity to use gentle fist on his arm. I landed on my feet. Sasuke gripped his arm . I punched the ground,creating a small crater in the earth. Sasuke quickly regained his balance and jumped on a tree. I threw 3 kunai at him,which he dodged effortlessly. One kunai landed behind him and I set off the paper bomb attached to it. Sasuke then used a substitution jutsu and was standing right behind me. I smirked and turned towards him.

Hikari :"Gentle step:Air palm"

With that I finally hit him. It wasn't strong enough like my dad's but it caused him to fall down for a few moments . I grabbed the scroll and won the test.

Hikari :"I win."

Haru and Akemi ran to us. Their good trackers and I saw them watching us. I was disappointed that no one came to help me,but also glad that I got the scroll.

Sasuke:"That was good,Hikari. Your attitude however is not."

Akemi :"That was cool."

Haru:"Yeah! You were so brave and strong ."

Sasuke:"You guys all pass. I am however concerned that neither of the two of you helped Hikari in the fight."

Sasuke looked over to Haru and Akemi. Who in return looked to their feet like scolded toddlers.
