Crystal..

Planning that birthday was the most difficult thing I had ever done in my life. Mostly because, it’s really hard to surprise Maddie, no kidding. Thankfully, we were able to pull one off though, thank goodness. I know she is totally going to kill us later. But, hey, this girl needs a serious break from, all that she does. Since, I am new to the scene, yeaah; I’ m Crystal, Crystal Monee. I know, it’s a peculiar name, but that’s what I was born into. I am one of the famous three: Alessia, Maddie.. and, Crystal. I am an event planner. You dream it and I make it happen. From parties, to weddings, engagements and baby showers, you name it, I am all over it. It is a lucrative business I must admit. Anyway, I am married to an amazing man and I have a kid, Elaine, she’s my little angel. Yeah I was the first of the three to get tied down and knocked up… now its Alessia’s time, and hopefully,*fingers crossed* Maddie will be, soon. I have got this surprise party planned for her later during the day. We just got to keep her sooo busy that she wouldn’t realize it. So here we are singing happy birthday to the grumpiest person at the moment, she didn’t even smile, and she just sat there and stared at us and yelled. “Get out of my room!” That’s typical of her, so we kept singing, and she chased us out, that’s pretty amazing. It’s going to take more than that to get rid of us Maddie!

Alessia

Do you know how hard it is for a pregnant woman to run? Did Maddie care about that? Well, no she didn’t. Here I was trying to make her day a little cheerier, she jumps ups with her pmsing butt and chases us out of her room like she was possessed by a cavewoman. I know she hates waking up to early, but we didn’t wake her up.. her alarm clock did, whats her deal anyway? Okay enough running, I feel my insides jingling about. So I grabbed her by the arm and sat her down. Yeah, I can totally wig out if I wanted to. “What is your problem Maddie, why are you chasing us! Are you insane, no, don’t answer that..” she does the most ridiculous thing. She just starts crying. Okay, that’s a twist to the way I was feeling. I cant bear to see her cry, only because she hardly ever does. With my hormones jumping all over the place, if she doesn’t stop soon, I will be the one that needed some comforting. I held out my arms towards her and she fell into them, her body racking. “I’m sorry guys, today is the 25th, the day, Stefan…disappeared, and its my birthday… I am sorry, I just miss him so much..” Oh, yeaah! Why do we always seem to forget that? Last year, Maddie’s twin brother, yeah, he sort of just disappeared, no one knows why or what happened. There was no note, no signs of kidnapping. It was as if his existence was just a mere illusion. Maddie has been alone ever since. I was totally lost for words at this point. I just pulled her tighter into my embrace and whispered some words of comfort, well I think it worked, because she stopped crying. “ Aunt Maddie!” Elaine came rushing into the hallway. “happy burfdae, I made you a pwesen..” How adorable is that, and not to mention. Maddie is such a sucker for kids……

“thank you sweetheart for this wonderful gift, give auntie a hug now..” Looking on at this scene, my hands went instinctively to my tummy, its been three months now, haven’t really started to show yet. I rubbed it and smiled quietly to myself. I cannot wait to see you.
