Chapter 6: Learning Secrets

Yesterday was the worst day of my life and I hate Ark because of it. How can Ark be a wizard I thought Hilan was uninhabitale for longer than a year for magica creatures, and I've known Ark my whole life. I'm just glad that today's the weekend because I can go to the place in the woods that the girls were talking about, and if  I'm lucky I can find out why Bloom and her friends have transferred to my school as well as the reason why they are on Hilan.

Getting dressed quicky and quietly I used a clocking spell on myself before I became a fairy. My outfit is a knee length aqua dress without a back that's held up by ties around my neck, a tiara on my head, wrap around sandles, and rainbow pheonix like wings. Once I was completely transformed and cloacked I flew off in the direction of Bloom's house, glad that no one could see me.

Soon I was in the woods and I could see Bloom and Sky sitting outside on a swing. At first I thought the were just having a private moment. But as I flew closer I could see the serious looks on their faces. Bloom also seemed to e really sad, and Sky was trying to comfort her. I was hovering right above them when they began their conversation.

"Bloom what is wrong with you latey?" Sky asked his voice tinged with sadness.

"I can't help it Sky this time it's worse then when we were on Earth trying to find Roxy. People there believed in magic and just needed to open their hearts, here there is no such thing as magic. I don't think that we will fulfill our mission in time and Hilan will cease to exist," she said softly her voice filled with great sadness.

"Bloom we saved Earth, and you regained your kingdom of Domino. We've beaten the ancestral witches twice, and many other enemies this time all we have to do is find two magical beings, compared to other things we've done this one will be a wak in the park," Sky told her gently.

"Sky it's not better it's worse. One of the ones we are searching for is Hilan's heart, and Hilan will die if he or she is killed. Or if they are aware of their powers and they are betrayed by someone they could destroy Hilan. The only way to save Hilan is to find them and bring them to Faragonda," Bloom told him harshly.

"Bloom we might have to bring Faragonda here. Hilan's heart might not be able to leave," Roxy said coming up from behind them and then she suddenly stiffened.

"Roxy are you ok?" Bloom asked her voice filled with worry.

"What all have you guys talked about out here?" Roxy asked panicking.

"I was trying to console Bloom about our mission why?" Sky asked.

"Because someone else is here," she said making Sky draw out his sword.

"Where?" he asked.

"I can't pinpoint the location, but someone here was listening to your entire conversation," she said making me stiffle a giggle.

Just then there was a snap of a tree branch outside the clearing making them all snap their heads in that direction. Well they were preoccupied I landed close to Bloom and just stood there. Sky's sword was raised and Bloom had fire gowing on her palms.

"Come out now or I will burn the whole forest down," Bloom said angrily.

I had toput both hands over my mouth as the figure became clearer because Arkain and Adrian stepped out of the tree's.

"Why were you spying on us," Sky asked angrily.

"Because R might be a little annoying, but she knows everyone on Altarus island. We knew you couldn't be from there, and if your transcripts were fake we knew you didn't belong to our planet. I might not have magic powers, but I'm Hilan's book keeper. I know all of the secrets of this island except for the Princess's identity," Adrian informed them.

"What about your friend over there?" Roxy asked.

"I am Hilan's Prince through position if not by blood. It is my job to protect this planet as the next in line, and the last descendant of magic on this planet," Arkain informed them. "Now I wish to know of who I am speaking to."

"Very well I will also tell you of our friends titles.

I am formerly the Crown Princess of Domino the fairy of the Dragon Fire, the Guardian Fairy of Domino, graduate of Alfea, part of the new company of light the Winx Club, as well as the fiancee of Sky King of Eraklyon.

She is Princess Roxy of Earth, the Fairy of Animals, newest member of the Winx Club but not part of the Companyof Light, and will be Queen of Earth when she is older. 

Stella is the Fairy of the Sun and the Moon, Guardian Fairy of Solaria as well as it's Princess, graduate of Alfea, and part of the Winx Club.

 Flora is the Princess of Linphea and the Guardian Fairy, part of the Winx Club, graduate of Alfea, and she is the Fairy of Nature. 

Musa is the Fairy of Music, Guardian Fairy and Princess of Melody, graduate of Alfea, and part of the Winx Club.

Aisha is the Fairy of Waves, Guardian Fairy and Princess of Andros, graduate of Alfea, and part of the Winx Club.

Finally Tecna is the Fairy of Technology, Guardian Fairy and Princess of Zenith, graduate of Alfea, and part of the Winx Club," Bloom explained.

"Why is royalty of other planets here?" Adrian asked confused

"We were sent by headmistress Faragonda of Alfea school of Fairies to find the two magic beings of Hilan. The other magical being is the heart of Hilan, and it's our job to protect him or her," Sky answered.

"How are you so certain that I'm not Hilan's heart?" Arkain questioned.

"That's easy if you were Hilan's heart ruling as the Prince of Hilan you wouldn't need the Princess to keep Hilan in peace," Roxy answered.

"So I'm guessng you haven't found Hilan's heart yet have you?" Adrian asked.

"No. We do know however that your sister knows we aren't from this planet meaning something on Altarus had to have told her," Bloom told them.

"I guessed that already since she knows I'm a wizard," Ark said making them gasp.

"She knows this how exactly?" Adrian demanded angrily.

"I thought she was hiding something from me. I'm not the only one who's noticed that she was acting weird around me before. So I sort of entered her dreams with a spell, but she somehow figured out I was controling her dreams," Ark said sheepishly.

Deciding I didn't want Ark to say anymore I sent winds flying towards them making it seem like something was attacking them. Instead I used the winds to fly off and towards my parents graves. Rian and Ark knew I wasn't home when they left meaning I had to hide off here since my car was still at home I wouldn't have arrived home before them if I walked since we were isolated from the rest of the town. 

Landing I hide behind a clump of tree's and transformed back into a human as I lifted the cloak I had used. Then I just sat by my parent's grave processing what I had learned. I'm the heart of Hilan, and Ark and I are the last magical beings on Hilan. Somehow even though the rest of magic seemed to die off Ark and I kept ours. How though? What is so special about Ark and I? Can I really destroy Hilan? Thinking that I fell asleep beside my parents grave as I cried.
