"What the fuck do you mean getting arrested?" Scott growled, going into protective husband mode.

"Apparently there was a rape and murder at Disneyland," Mitch mumbled, "and the mother of the girl claims that it was me. I don't even know how I know this woman for her to accuse me. There will be a detective here tomorrow, so I want you here. I will call you off."

"I... Okay..." Scott looked down at his feet, looking up to see a terrified look on Coby's face.

"Daddy can't be rested," Coby shook his head as tears fell. "He is gonna be an angel soon. He'll be an angel even sooner if he's rested."

"I'm not getting arrested, sweetheart," Mitch reassured. "I was just exaggerating. There will be a detective here, I will clear things up, and I will be okay. You have nothing to worry about. As long as I keep my story straight we're fine, Bud."

"Okay," Coby smiled though you could tell he was still scared. "Do you know when Mommy is going to be back?"

"I am not so sure yet," Mitch shook his head. "She said she was picking something up for us but I have no clue what it is. I guess she's trying to surprise us."

"Something about those new gender blood tests that Dr. Quinn was talking about," Scott explained. "I don't know what she means by that but I know it's extremely important. I can't wait for her to get here."

"I'm gonna have a sister," Coby chimed in. "Mommy doesn't need a test. It's a sister. I am going to have a baby sister."

"You're a smart little four year old," Mitch gleamed. "By the way, happy birthday, Little Man. I am going to take you down to the gift shop and you can get whatever you want."

"Okay!" Coby bounced as Scott removed the necessary cords and put the I've on the roller. "I am ready to go to the store. I saw the thingy I want already!"

"Well let's go then," Mitch laughed, the three of them walking to the gift shop.

When they walked in, Coby began looking around for the thing he wanted most. Scott and Mitch walked around and looked at a bunch of random things, secretly picking some other things up for the birthday boy. They found a couple gifts for Kirstie, as they knew Coby had long predicted it was a girl, adding it to the bunch of things to be wrapped as gifts. They got some new clothes and toiletries before sitting down and waiting for Coby to find his gift. When Coby joined them, he had a huge box almost too heavy for him.

"I know Daddy loves tea and stuff," Coby explained, "so I want a tea set. I wanna have a tea party with Daddy, Papa, and Mommy everyday. I want to get foods from the cassateria and make the tea in the room and have a tea party. I found a table and chairs too but I could only bring this up. That's what I want."

"You heard him," Mitch smiled at the shop clerk, paying for everything that had been rang up. "So off to the cafeteria for some lunch then?"

"Yeppers!" Coby bounced, them walking across the hall to the cafeteria. "Sapotlay!"

"I already ordered ahead," Scott explained. "There will be a special treat for the birthday boy."

"Yaaaaaaaayyyyy!" Coby skipped to their favorite table, the two men not too far behind him.

"So the doctor is changing my pain reliever again," Mitch spoke as they ate lunch. "Apparently medical marijuana became legal in Texas finally. They want to put in a prescription for it. I told them to put me on it if they can prescribe it to you and Kit and find reasons for you guy. We'll be getting our first prescription there for us when we get back to the room. It's in gummy bear form so we don't have to worry about the kiddo around smoke."

"Have you ever had marijuana?" Scott asked with a raised eyebrow curiously.

"Of course I have," Mitch laughed, taking a bite of his salad. "It was helping me through this shit for years. That's how I've survived the pain for so long. Plus, life is a lot more enjoyable high. I used to hit up loads of parties and lied to my doctors about it. It made me feel normal even if it was for only a few hours."

"I would've never guessed that you were the partying type," Scott shook his head honestly. "I mean you're super fun and outgoing but I didn't see you as the weed liquor loud music and sex lover."

"Oh you should know by now that I love sex," Mitch winked. "But yeah. I was tired of feeling trapped by my own body, and I knew a nurse here that was very much a weekend partier. I was talking to him about wanting to get out and be normal for once so he invited me along. It was the night before I missed your concert thing. I didn't mean to miss it. I thought I'd be leaving after an hour. I never went to one of his parties again, though. I got drugged that night. I didn't go for a while after that, but I had a boyfriend that was a partier so I started going with him."

"You missed my most important performance for a party?!" Scott gasped. "You told me you were sick."

"I was sick though," Mitch defended with a growl. "I only agreed to go because his weed was at his house. I expected to get it and go. He offered me a soda, and next thing I knew, I woke up naked and tied to a bed. When I didn't show up to school for two weeks, it was because my entire body was not working. I couldn't move at all. They had to take me away on an ambulance. That's why I missed your concert. I didn't want to, but I couldn't move. I am so sorry I never told you. You were so caught up with... With her... And I didn't think that... That you'd care. I am so sorry..."

"I'm not mad," Scott sighed calmly. "Well I am, but it's at myself. You went through so much without me and I hate myself for that. I just... Put you through so much and... I hate knowing that I was at fault for most of your bullshit."

"I don't blame you, Scooter," Mitch reassured. "I don't wanna look in the past. We have now, and right now, we're happily in love and have the best little boy here with us. You have nothing to worry about, My Love."

"Okay..." Scott faked a smile, the three finishing their lunch.

"I don't know why," Mitch smiled, the three adults full of gummy bears, "but I don't feel a thing. I was in so much pain but now, I feel like a cloud. Not a stormy cloud. One of those big fluffy white ones you find on a beautiful summer day. I feel like a summer cloud. My new name shall be summer cloud."

"I think Sexy Motherfucker suits you better," Scott argued, braiding Kirstie's now silver hair.

"I agree," Kirstie added with a giggle. "I'm gay as hell but you are sexy as fuck. Grassis don't play around with looks. Y'all definitely got em."

"Fine," Mitch gave in. "I shall be called Sexy Motherfucker for the rest of my days."

"I hope it's longer than they think..." Scott mumbled, the atmosphere becoming thick with morose. "We really don't know how much time we have with you."

"He's right, yano," Kirstie agreed. "We could lose you any second now and there's nothing we can do about it. We just have to slowly watch the one we love deteriorate. It's sad but it's true."

"Well I refuse to die until I meet my baby girl," Mitch shrugged, Kirstie looking at him with confusion.

"How did you know?" Kirstie asked, shock controlling her face.

"Our son is a clairvoyant," Mitch shrugged. "I know you've seen him predict things, and having a sister is one thing he continuously talked about. You didn't want to believe him when he said it the first time, but here we are. I am so excited, Kitty!"

"I am too," she laughed, the four of them celebrating Mitch's last birthday for his son that he could celebrate with his son.
