Jungwoo walked back outside to see emptiness. He walked closer to Simon before asking.
"Um, have you seen Sicheng and Ara?" He asked

Siwon thought for a moment, he remembered Ara saying not to tell Miyeon about her state. If she doesn't want Miyeon to know about it, it's gonna be even a bigger case if it was told to someone else.

Siwon shook his head.
"I don't know where Ara exactly went. For Sicheng, go check in the garden" Siwon said

Jungwoo nodded
"Thank you" He said before running of to the garden.

Jungwoo looked around the garden but failed to locate him. But only one place remained unseen, the tree on top of the small hill.

He immediately ran there, seeing his brother standing up, wiping his tears before stomping angrily back to the castle.

Jungwoo stealthily followed his brother to his room.

"Sicheng" Jungwoo called out before Sicheng could get inside his room.

"What?" Sicheng said nonchalantly

Jungwoo gulped, it wasn't everytime his brother would act like this.
"A-Are you alright?" He asked

Sicheng sighed before looking back at Jungwoo.
"I would say yes but I'm not and just leave me alone for the moment" Sicheng said, glaring at Jungwoo before entering his room and closing the door harshly.

What could've happened whilst he was gone? Was Ara involved in it? He wondered.
Jungwoo went back to his room to give his mind a rest.

Ara washed her face with the small bucket located in the corner of the bathroom in their dorm.

She couldn't take what she felt alone, she needed someone to help her. Miyeon.

Ara dried her face with a towel and combed her hair before walking out to Miyeon's hut.

Ara's mind drifted off to the scene that happened hours ago as she walked slowly, biting her lip to prevent herself from breaking down.
She was too soft hearted and sensitive. She couldn't take it when she feels like she's done something bad to someone even if it was the smallest thing.

Ara finally reached the hut, something was off about it. The window showed two silhouettes of people inside the hut.

She wondered who it could've been. Who else must've been in Miyeon's hut this late at night?
Ara inhaled deeply before slightly peeking at the window, gasping at the sight. Miyeon was being harshly choked by a guy with bloody red hair. Ara immediately hid herself. Luckily, Momo, a fairy passed by.

"Momo!" Ara whisper-yelled

Momo stopped flying and faced Ara

"How may I help you?" Momo asked Ara

"Please, get someone immediately, A guard or something. I think Miyeon is in trouble, hurry" Ara instructed the fairy who nodded before flying off.

Ara looked back at the window, widening her eyes at the sight. Miyeon looked like she couldn't take it anymore. Ara knew she needed help quickly, She was in the verge of passing out in that guy's arms, who knows what that guy could do to her?

"—so just show me where the pendant is Miyeon"
The guy said

"I-I.. D.. on't know.. w-what you're t-talking abo—" Miyeon was cut off when the guy held her neck even tighter.

Ara opened the door, acting as if she didn't just see what happened a few moments ago.

The guy looked at her with sharp eyes.
"And who are you?" He asked Ara
