Chapter 3

Mom *calling out from the main room of the apartment*: "GIRL!!!! SOMEBODY'S HERE TO SEE YOU!!!"

Sandra *already partially awake, waddling to door*: "Ugh... Mom, who visits to meet an introvert girl like me... In fact, who does visit to see me? Use your common sense. I'm not falling for that sh**."

Mom: "Some guy! Says he knows you as his girlfriend, which you never informed me of."

Sandra *eyes widen*: "Oh, no..." *runs over to the main room* "Nononono..." *In the main room, sees Sam, ready for school, waving at her* "NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"

(A few minutes later)

*They share a very awkward walk to school, with Sam doing most of the talking*

Sam: "-and so my friend, Charleston, is like "What?" and I'm like "OMG, I know right?!?!"

Sandra: "... and that's how you discovered the *sarcasm* 'amazement' of microwaving Peeps?"

*Sam nods*

Sandra *sarcasm*: "Sounds awesome."

*While letting Sam talk some more, Sandra ponders on how to lose Sam. This really wasn't the type of person that she was into. Then, she sees Jerome, who is quietly listening to music through his earbuds while walking to school, and immediately thinks of an idea.*

Sandra *waving*: "Hey, Jerome!!! Jerome!!! Jerommmeee!!!!!!" *finally gets his attention, so he walks over to join them* "So, uh, Sam... I know this is kinda the wrong time to say this, but..."

Sam: "?"

Sandra: "I'm actually dating Jerome at the moment!!!!"

Sam: "You are!?!?"

Jerome *turns red*: "We are?!?"

Sandra *hugs Jerome's arm*: "Yep!!! It's been happening since last summer!!!"

Jerome *face turning redder, smile slowly widening on his face*: "Uh... I... Uh..."

Sam: "Hmm... I mean, I can't really see that. I'm not sure if you know this, but he's into another girl. We talked about it while drinking coffee at Moonbucks yesterday."

Jerome and Sandra *mentally*: "... darn..."

Sam: "Anyways, back to my story about how Charleston discovered the exact speed of a slug at its fastest pace..."

(Later at school, Jerome tries to get the seat beside Sandra like it usually is. However, Sam keeps taking that spot, continuing to talk to a hiding-in-her-arms Sandra. This continues for each of the classes no matter how hard Jerome tries. This even happens at lunch, which a mob swarming Sam and Sandra leaving no room for Jerome, so he sits in the boy's bathroom small to eat his putrid lunch in a putrid stench)

(Last class of the day)

Ms. Walker: "-and that's how Hitler died."

*Bell rings, all the students exit and start talking about Ms. Walker*

Carlos: "... she is a savage!"

Edgar: "F*** yeah!!! She is sooo much better than Ms. Buchanen!!!"

Steve: "Yeh, plus she's such a bombshell, eh?!?"

*Sandra is trying to sneak away from Sam, hides behind Jerome*

Sandra *quietly*: "Jerome... I know I hated your guts yesterday... but can you please hide me from this guy before he rambles more about how he found out ice isn't hot?"

*Jerome, blushing, nods and they head over to the 4th floor of the school (which nobody has access to except for Sandra).*

Jerome: "... So what's he like?"
