Where did Morro go?

Lloyd's POV

"You can't get rid me that easily." I thought my heart was going to explode when I heard his voice. We all turned around and saw him sitting up in the bed with a smirk on his face. We were all speechless. He let out a chuckle, "What, no hug?" Then Nya exploded with tears of joy. She ran to him and tackled him into a hug so I thought he was going to fall off the bed. Then it was my turn to run and hug him. Both me and Nya hugged him so hard that he couldn't breathe. "Can't.....breathe..." Nya and I let go and Kai gasped for air. Once he finally could breathe again he smiled at us. I don't know whether I should hug him again or to punch him for scaring me. "Never do that again!" Well, scratch that, Nya beat me to it by giving him a small punch. "Do what?" "You almost killed yourself!" When Nya said that I saw terror flash in Kai's eyes. "I...I did?" "Yes, you almost stressed yourself to death." "Oh...sorry..." "Don't just say sorry! What happened!?" I had to calm Nya down so that she wouldn't stress Kai out even more, even though he was awake stressing too much could potentially harm his health. "Nya, calm down, you don't want to stress Kai even more." She let out a sigh and calmed down, "Sorry, I was just really worried." "You don't have to say sorry Nya. I understand it must have been hard for you. As well as for you Lloyd." Kai said with a bit of guilt in his voice. "You don't get it, Kai, the reason to why we were here when you woke up was because the doctors cut you off. A couple more minutes and you would have been dead." Cole explained and Kai's face whitened. He mumbled something that I couldn't quite hear. That's when Jay asked the very question we all wondered but was too afraid to ask, "Where did Morro go?" The room went silent and Kai's expression was unreadable. I couldn't tell if he knew or not. We all turned to Kai who let out a sigh, "I-I really don't know. I passed out while he was torturing me and then I woke up here. But I was just enough conscious to hear your voices when you found me, but not enough to run or even move. It was horrible. Hearing your voices but being unable to respond." Kai was starting to tear up, "I-I've never felt so helpless in my life before, it was worse than any other torture I've had to experience, even with Morro. My worst fears have always been to either hurt any of you or to lose you. And at that moment it felt like both of them had happened. I'm sorry for making you worry." I was at a loss for words, so I acted instead. I hugged Kai to comfort him. We all squeezed into a group hug around the crying fire ninja. He sobbed quietly and embraced the hug.

A/N I'm so sorry for the chapter being so short, but I've not only been having writer's block (again) but I also couldn't come up with a better spot to end the chapter. I hope you all understand.
