Darling (Eddie Gluskin x oc Alice)

Rough start

Alice's p.o.v.

"I... Nevermind.  Well since I know your name,  you should kn-know mine don't you think?  My names Alice. " I said looking down as I realised he wouldn't remember anything we did together.  

Eddie gently grabbed my chin and lifted my head to look at him smiling lovingly at me.  "Such a beautiful name for my beautiful bride to be. Just think about it Darling,  soon we'll be wed and consummate our love for each other,  i can't wait for you to have my babies." He said thoughtfully as he carried me to a different room. 

"Babies!  Eddie I think you're going a bit too fast. We just met after all right?  Sh-shouldn't we take some time to think about it? " I asked trying to get out of his arms but he held on tight.  

"There's no better time then the present my dear." He looked at me with a loving smile.  "I want a family, a legacy.  To be the father I never had.  I'd never let anything happen to our children,  not like... " He trailed off looking away in thought. 

I thought for a moment and looked down.  I understood how he felt,  my whole life that's all I wanted was to be loved and make a family  but I feared that I would turn out like the ones who hurt me that I should've been able to trust.  

Eddie gently turned my face to him and past all of the blood,  scars,  and rashes,  I saw the man I had known and come to love during my time here as a nurse.  I saw the pure love and adoration in his icy blue eyes as he stared back into my green ones. I heard the honesty, promise,  and hope in his voice as he spoke.  And I felt safe,  loved,  and fearless in his arms as he held me close to his chest.  

"I want that too but can we give it some time first?  I'm a little shaken up from all that has happened to me and I need to heal before we even think about children or it'll hurt me more." I said resting my head against his chest and he was silent for a moment. 

Eddie's p.o.v.

I thought about what my love had said and knew she was right.  She was in no shape to get married at the moment and she would be hurt more if she were to become pregnant with my seed now. I looked down at her in my arms to see she had her head on my chest and her eyes were halfway shut.  I could tell she was tired and I wanted what was best for my darling bride.  

"Alright my dear,  take as much time as you need.  For now we must get you cleaned up and your injuries taken care of. " I agreed and she smiled softly seeming to be so tired.

"Go to sleep darling,  you're exhausted.  Don't be afraid,  I'll take care of you and protect you. " I cooed and she let her eyes close as she fell asleep in my arms. 

 I smiled back at her and kissed the top of her head as I grabbed a shirt and pants before carrying her to the showers in the female ward.  Since everyone feared me I didn't have much trouble getting there as I shut the door behind me.  Finding a shower that worked,  I stripped Alice and I did the same before holding her close to me and washing her with a rag gently being careful to not wake her up. 

I smiled as I noticed how soft and silky her skin was and kissed her shoulder lovingly when I finished washing her.  I looked at her wounds to see she had more but they weren't as severe and I frowned wanting to kill whoever had laid a hand on my love like this.  Sighing,  I got dressed and wrapped her in a sheet to cover her body before taking her back home and gently lying her on a bed. 

I looked at her sleeping face and found her to be just adorable before I left and soon came back with a needle,  thread,  and bandages.  Being as gentle as possible,  I stitched her wounds shut before wrapping them and dressing her in the spare clothes.  Alice had yet to wake up, so I kissed her forehead and left her there to let her sleep. 

Alice's p.o.v.

I woke up a while later on a bed and in different clothes feeling a little better as I noticed I was now clean.  I blushed realising this meant Eddie had seen me naked and shook my head as I got up and left the room trying to find him.  I soon heard screams of s man and followed them hoping it wasn't Eddie only to freeze at what I found. 

I found myself in a room with a wooden bloodstained table in the middle with a light above it and a pile of bloody bodies on the ground in the corner. What horrified me the most was that on the table was a naked man tied down screaming as Eddie stood over him holding a knife. 

"Darling, I need you to try to bleed less. I know the fairer sex often endure the same wounds with more suffering,  but you really need to make an effort. " He said obviously annoyed with the man and I covered my mouth as he drove the knife into the man's genitals as the man screamed and struggled against his bonds in agony. 

Eddie eventually got tired of the man's screams and stabbed him in the chest over and over until the man lie dead. 

"No,  I'm so sorry darling.  Love isn't for everybody. " He said and shoved the man off the table.  I squeaked as he hit the ground making Eddie's head snap up in my direction. 

"Darling!  You're awake!  I'm so sorry darling,  you weren't supposed to see this.  He didn't deserve to live anyways,  he was an ungrateful whore just like the rest of them! " He spat motioning towards the pile of bodies that lie on the ground. 

I took a step back horrified by what I had witnessed and he frowned standing up straight. 

"Come back to me darling. There's no need to be afraid of me. I won't hurt you,  you aren't like them.  You're different. " He cooed walking to me with his arm outstretched and I took another step back. His arm dropped as he suddenly became angry. 

"Or are you just another ungrateful slut!? After all I've done for you!  I trusted you!  Loved you!  And this is how you repay me!?  By leaving me just like the rest of them!.  Whore!  I'll string you up just like the others! " He spat angrily as he made his way towards me and I turned and ran with tears in my eyes. 

I knew with my injured leg I hardly stood a chance but I had to try!  I quickly left the room with him following behind me and I managed to get a bit of distance between us as I found a room lined with lockers big enough for me to fit in. Thinking fast,  I hid in one of the lockers and covered my mouth to keep quiet as I trembled in fear. 

Eddie's p.o.v.

I followed Alice as she ran away from me furious.  I thought she was different!  I thought she loved me!  She was just using me to get away just like the others! As I followed her I faintly heard soft whimpering and crying making me pause for a moment. 

Maybe she wasn't like them.  Maybe she was just frightened.  Yeah that's it!  She wasn't trying to leave me she was just scared!  She still loves me.  I felt bad for what I had said and the fact that I jumped to conclusions and knew I had to make it up to her.  I eventually followed her to a room filled with lockers and smiled as I shut the door behind me and locked it so she couldn't escape. 

"Hmm. Close,  I can... Ah,  the smell of my love's arbor.  Darling,  you can't hide from me. " I said standing in front of the locker she was in making her squeak as I looked at her face,  her eyes filled with fear. 

"You make yourself a gift for me. A delicacy to unwrapped and unwrapped again. And savored. " I purred as I  opened the locker and pulled her out as she shrieked and squirmed in fear. I held her close to me as I sat down with her on my lap and her back against my chest.

"I've been a little...vulgar. I know,  and I want to say I'm sorry.  But after the ceremony I promise I'll be a different man. " I promised and reached into my pocket and pulled out a spray bottle. 

"Here,  darling.  This will help you relax. " I cooed softly as I sprayed it in her face watching as she choke a little before falling asleep in my arms. 

I smiled at my love's sleeping form in my arms and picked her up gently as I carried her back to bed and lied down next to her holding her close to my chest.  I soon fell asleep content with her in my arms.
