Some things are harder than they appear... And paintball?

Since I teach little 6 year olds archery...it shouldn't be that hard to teach a 17 year old right? Boy was Iwrong on that.

"Danny no your holding it wrong!" For the 10th time...I've showed him and he still gets it wrong. So far he's shot into the floor. Breaking an arrow. Then he shot at more rice....but that did nothing. He didn't use enough power...so luckily nothing broke. We have been working on how to hold the bow for about an hour now.

"Sorry...it's a lot harder than it looked"

"Well you need to be more patient. More calm. I have a different idea of how to show you. "  I wrapped my arms around him. I grabbed the arrow and pulled it back, holding his hands. He was strong. I could feel his muscles.

"Now I’m going to let go. See how your holding it this is how you want to hold it every time." He looked at me. His eyes were so blue it was electrifying.

"Okay" Danny said

"Now you pull back the arrow and release" And he looked forward while we both let go. It hit the bulls eye.

"Yay! Finally" I said.

"Yeah I guess I have a great teacher" He said. I blushed. And looked at the ground. Wow. I don't know how he did that. It's pretty hard to make me blush. I looked up.  Danny's face was close to mine. I could feel his breath on my face. He glanced at my lips. I felt my heart racing. I closed my eyes then...the door opened.   We both jumped a part. Dammit Harry! Why did he have to come in then! Right when Danny was about to kiss me! UGH!

"So how good is Danny?" Harry asked my eyes went wide. Why would he think that we ohh....Then I realized what he meant.

"Oh well pretty good. If he stands there" I pointed to a place about 4 feet away from the target.

"Shut Up!" Danny yelled and laughed. Before I knew it...everyone was in there.

"Well let’s see then how good he is" Tom said. Danny picked up the bow. Yay! He held it right! I smiled. Then he released the bow. It was off center but at least it hit the target!

"Yay! That was amazing!" I yelled and smiled. So did Danny.

"If you thought that was good he must have sucked for the last hour!" Harry yelled. I smiled.

"Don't be mean! It's hard at first. I guess."

"Hey!" Danny yelled. I smiled at him again.

"Well...see I was a natural....and you’re....umm...almost there!" I said and smiled at him again.

"Well maybe you guys should try sometime! It's a lot harder than it looks!" He said and started pouting.

"Yeah I guess it is. We spent the last hour working on how to hold the damn bow!" I said and laughed.

"Wow..." Harry said and smirked at Danny.

"Come on down guys, let’s go eat" Sam said. We sat at the dinner table.

"Soo Autunm do you want to go to school?" Sam asked

"Is it a choice?" I said and my eyes went wide.

"Well here in England you can stop when you’re 16 or continue but it's up to you" (Idk if thats true...but pretend it is!)

"Umm well I don't wanna go to school!" I said happily.

"Then you can come on tour with us but then you’re going to need a job. What do you want to do?"

"Continue being an singer!" I said well it was true. I did like playing the piano and my saxophone at art fests so I could make money. And I just love music. It’s my whole life.
