Ding dong ding dong

You were awakened by the front doorbell and groaned in annoyance.

Who the hell is here at 8am in the morning on a weekend?

You got out of bed lazily, still in your pajamas, with your hair in the state of a lions mane. You opened the door and standing before you was a tall figure. You raised your head and it was Wooseok, your boyfriend.

"Hey (Y/N). Did you forge-"

"AHH" you yelled and quickly closed the door in his face. You didn't expect to see him at all today and didn't want for him to see you in your current state.

"WAIT WAIT. GIVE ME 10 MINUTES".

You quickly ran around your house and got yourself ready. Once you were ready, you opened the door for Wooseok. He stood there with his arms crossed and eyes closed, shaking his head

"(Y/N)! Did you forget what you promised me?" Wooseok stated, making you confused.

"We didn't make any promise though? Anyway, don't you think you should be apologising for waking me up this early in the morning?" You said while raising both eyebrows at your boyfriend.

"It's not even that early you lazy butt. And no. I have no intention of apologising because you promised to be ready for our date by 7:30, don't you recall?"

It was just then you remembered the promise you had made the previous week about going on a date with him.

"O-oh that's right...i did make a promise" you admitted while lowering your head down in embarrassment.

"It's ok, you're forgiven". Wooseok said while placing your hand in his.

"Let's just spend the day at the park". He flashed his goddamn adorable gummy smile at you and you felt your heart rate fasten.

The two of you took a peaceful stroll in the park, hand in hand.

"My goodness" you said while shivering. "I didn't realise it was this cold".

Wooseok looked down at you and could see your body shivering from the cool winter breeze. He began removing his padded jacket. You watched as he wrapped his large jacket around your body. Wooseok laughed at the size of his jacket on you.

"HAHAHA YOU LOOK LIKE A DWARF" he was amused, but you weren't.

"Shut up. It's not my fault you're built like a damn tree" You glared at him, pouting.

"Ok, sorry. You look cute".

You blushed, and Wooseok noticed.

"Whoa (Y/N)! Your cheeks are so red, are you ok?" He stated, concerned about you.

He placed his hand on your forehead and cheeks.

"You're burning! We should see a doctor".

"NO! It's- i'm okay. I'm just still a bit...cold".

"Still?"

Wooseok removed another one of his jackets, leaving him in only a thin button up shirt.

"Nooo i'm okay, really. Keep your jacket on or you'll get sick haha".

"Oh ok, you sure?".

You nodded in response and he put his jacket back on. Your heart fluttered and you felt extremely grateful to be able to call such a kind, tall, funny and handsome man your boyfriend.

"Whoa! (Y/N) your lips are bleeding!" Wooseok exclaimed all of a sudden.

"Huh?"

You licked your lips but couldn't taste any blood. Wooseok laughed at how you fell for his little prank.

"(Y/N) you're so easy to deceive you know?" He stated while continuing to laugh.

"Yah Jung Wooseok do you wanna die? I have no time for your silly jok-"

You were interrupted by Wooseok landing a quick peck on your lips. He pulled away and smiled. The pace of your heartbeat fastened and you thought your heart was about to burst out of your chest.

"(Y/N), you're so cute when you're angry you know".

"Y-you" you were about to continue scolding him but couldn't.

"Come here". He pulled you into an embrace with one arm and he had a mischievous smile on his face. Wooseok placed both of his arms around your waist and pulled your body closer to his to keep you warm. Your faces were only a few inches apart. You had to look up because of how tall he is.

You met his gaze and both of you smiled lovingly at each other. Wooseok leaned in close until your noses were touching. He gave you another kiss, this time, it was a more passionate and long-lasting kiss.
