【ｈｏｎｇｓｅｏｋ ｐｔ．２】

It's the next day and you're planning what to wear to the date.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM ACTUALLY AGREEING TO GO OUT WITH THAT GUY" you yelled in frustration. "AGHHH I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY NICE CLOTHES".

Your room was a mess and your clothes were all over the floor.

"AND I HAVE A NEW HUGE PIMPLE TOO! OF COURSE IT HAD TO APPEAR TODAY!" You shouted angrily while looking at the mirror with disgust. You frowned while looking at your reflection for a few minutes before starting to apply makeup.

Why'd he decide to ask me out on a date? Of all people? There are plenty more attractive girls in our school who would have been dying to go out with him so...why me?

"Well...whatever" you shrugged and finished up with applying makeup.

"Who cares, I'll just chuck a random outfit together. Not like I'm trying to impress anyone anyway" you say while putting on the most fashionable clothes you own.

You checked the time on your phone and it read 12:23pm

"Crap! I'm late" you yelled while running as fast as you could out of the front door.

Once you arrived, you were desperately panting for air with your hands on your knees. Hongseok stared at you with a strange expression on his face.

"Whoa what happened to you?" he asked.

"I...thought I w-was going to...a-arrive late" you replied trying to catch your breath.

Hongseok laughed and offered to give you a piggy back. You gave him a weird stare.

"What's with that facial expression? Come on! Get on, I don't want to waste one second of this precious date" he said while patting his back, gesturing for you to get on.

"That's so embarrassing no. Plus, we're not even that close ye-". Before you could finish your sentence Hongseok lifted your body and carried you princess style.

"LET'S GOOO!" he yelled loudly and began running with you in his arms.

"HONGSEOK PUT ME DOWN NOW" you demanded, but he didn't listen.

"Ouch my arms. (Y/N) oh my god I didn't know you were this heavy" Hongseok said jokingly.

"Shut up idiot" you responded, glaring at his face.

He laughed at the cute face you made.

Soon you guys arrived at a 5 star restaurant. Hongseok put you down on the ground again. You were about to yell at him but immediately noticed the fancy restaurant.

"I didn't know you planned our date at such a nice place" you said.

"Only the best for my princess" Hongseok replied, winking afterwards.

You rolled your eyes but on the inside your heart fluttered from being called princess by such a handsome man.

"(Y/N)! Come on! What are you waiting for? Hongseok yelled from the entrance of the restaurant while motioning for you to come towards him.

"Coming!" you yelled back.

The two of you walked in and sat down at a table. You stared at the menu trying to find the cheapest meal to select.

"Everything's so expensive here and i'm broke as heck" you sighed then pouted sadly while looking at the little amount of money in your wallet.

Hongseok stared at your upset face for a few seconds.

"Order whatever you want, it's on me" he replied.

"O-oh are you sure?"

"Of course! My treat".

He flashed an unbelievably adorable smile at you and you could feel the pace of your heart beat fasten. You gave him a quick smile back.

Maybe this guy isn't so bad after all.

After the two of you finished eating, you decided to take a stroll by a nearby park. It was your favourite time of the year, cherry blossom season. All of the trees were in full bloom and blossoming beautifully.

"Wahhh!" you exclaimed in excitement while trying to catch cherry blossom petals on the palm of your hands. The sight of cherry blossom trees made you feel so merry.

Hongseok smiled and admired the sight of you getting excited over cherry blossom petals like a child with candy.

"Why are you getting excited over petals? That's nothing impressive. I'm wayyy prettier" Hongseok stated while flipping his non-existent wig with sass.

"Pshh! You? Pretty? My ass!" You scoffed.

"What? You even admitted it yourself! Don't you recall what you said just yesterday?" He gave you a mischievous look before continuing to speak in a mocking tone. "Darnnn that's one good-looking fa-".

"SHUT UP" you cut him off before he could finish his sentence. You made a frightening face and held your hand up high, threatening to hit him.

"Ok ok, i'm sooo sorry princess" Hongseok apologised playfully while holding his hands up in the air, surrendering."

"Better be" you replied back, lowering your hand and raising your brows in a light-hearted manner.

The two of you laughed. 

There was silence for a moment until Hongseok broke it

"Hey (Y/N)" he stated all of a sudden

"Yeah?" You replied.

"So are we officially a couple now?" he asked with a sudden change of tone in his voice.

The atmosphere was tense and you didn't know how to reply

 "Uh- i-" you stuttered. Your heart was racing.

"Well? Is that a yes or a no?"  

Suddenly, you felt his hands sneak their way onto your waist. Hongseok gave you a back hug. You flinched slightly from the sudden movement and didn't know what to do.

"I-i don't know...maybe soon" you replied awkwardly. 

He then positioned his head onto your right shoulder, you could hear his breathing and that made your heart beat even faster.

"Why not now?" Hongseok whispered into your ear. 

You gulped and goosebumps travelled through your body. He turned your body to face his direction. He suddenly became serious and it frightened you slightly but you tried to ease the tension and change the topic. 

"Hahaha uhh i don't know". You scratched your head. "hey are you feeling hungry again because i know i am hahah-"

Just as you were caught off guard he intertwined his fingers with yours, his eyes focused on your face. You quickly averted your eyes and felt your cheeks burning up.

"(Y/N)"

You turned to look back at his face and the two of you immediately made eye contact. Your eyes widened at the sight of his stunning face.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

You could do nothing but watch as Hongseok leaned in slowly with his eyes shut and

his lips collided with yours.

AHHH I KNOW IT'S SO BAD AND RUSHED BUT I HOPE AT LEAST ONE PERSON SOMEHOW MANAGED TO ENJOY IT.
