So, uhhh, hi? I deadass haven't written a part to this story in a really long time. My life has been wack and I've been fighting mental illness. I mean I have for 5 years but I needed to figure myself out and I went through some very bad stuff in my life recently, but I started writing a poem book on here and as I hoped on here today, I decided to write a part to this! So let's give this a shot I guess-

I recently moved to a new smallish town. I knew nobody around the new area I was in because it happened to be a different state. I was a shy person and I moved here for college. I wanted to start a fresh new life and meet new people. It was my third day living in my new town and I wanted to drive around to get familiar with where I was so I drove to find a small coffee shop, it was surrounded by cute little shops that I wanted to visit after I had breakfast and coffee.

I had finished up and went to the shops when I came across a record store. I searched through all of the records that looked interesting to me and found a band that I hadn't heard of before.

On the cover was what looked like the members of the band

"Hmm Fall Out Boy? Never heard of them before"

I kept flipping through the records until I got bored and went back to my house. I had stuff I still needed to unpack anyways.

Suddenly, I had woken up and realized I accidentally had fallen asleep instead of unpacking. I looked outside and it was dark so then I went to look at a clock.

It was 10 PM.

"Shit! I had things to do"

I rushed up out of my bed to start putting up small decorations as that is all I could do at 10 PM, but I needed to work on getting my new house together

There was a pounding noise and it startled me so I froze to listen closer.

"Is that coming from the neighbors house?" I said to myself.

It almost sounded like somebody was playing drums. It sounded amazing but it was a little late to be hearing it. I ignored it for awhile until I was going to go back to bed and the person playing the drums hadn't stopped yet.

I walked outside to find which house the drumming was coming from and learned quickly that it was coming from the neighbor to my rights garage.

I walked with anger to my neighbors garage and pounded on it as hard as I could so they could hear me over the drums.

The sound came to a halt and a young man pulled the big metal garage door up.

"Hey! Could you possibly be more fucking quiet?!-" the man who happened to open the garage looked very handsome and kind and for some reason a bit familiar.

"Oh gosh! I am so sorry, I didn't mean to be so rude for an introduction. I'm (Y/N), I just moved into the house next to you!"

He looked at me for a second puzzled but then smiled, "Hey, no worries, I didn't realize how late it was. I'm Andy, it's really a pleasure to meet you."

I felt so embarrassed and I stood there not knowing what to say. Andy was a very attractive man and well... I just screamed in his face.

"I don't know anybody here, I just moved here from a different state. I wish the first introduction I made wasn't so startling" I chuckled.

"It's fine! Do you wanna come inside?" Andy asked.

"Uh yeah sure, that would be very kind of you."

I stepped into his garage and he slammed the garage door shut and turned around. I would also mention he was shirtless and sweaty. Was he in some kind of band?

He opened the door to enter his house and he let me in first before he closed the door behind him.

I took a quick look around. There was photos of concerts, pictures of people who also looked familiar for some reason, and there was old drumsticks that were framed all hanging to the walls.

"What's all this?" I chuckled.

"Oh! That? Well I'm in a band. These are my band members." He pointed to the pictures of the faces "This is Patrick, Pete, and Joe."

"Ahh, that's amazing. Is the name of your band Fall Out Boy by any chance?" He was suddenly thrown off and shocked that I knew the name of his band.

"Yes, actually it is. How did you know that?"

"Well I saw an album of yours while I was in the record store earlier. I knew you looked familiar when I greeted you."

"Oh, that's sweet. I'm sure you'd like to know more about me since I'm your neighbor and now you know I'm in a band?"

"Well yes, I'm intrigued, it's getting quite late though, how about I stop by tomorrow and we can get to know each other better?"

"Yeah, that sounds great!"

I followed him to the front door and he opened it for me.

"It was very nice to meet you (Y/N) I'll try to keep it down past 8 PM" we both chuckled.

"Nice meeting you Andy! Catch you later."

That's crazy. I now live next to somebody who is in a band.
