Chapter Two

"What the hell are you doing here?"

As the words left my mouth I could see a angry look on his face. Soon the door opened Laura entered not realizing the tension in the environment she spoke " sir today we have a meeting at 12pm today". "Sir which sir where sir " I asked dumbfounded. "Thanks Laura you can go now". He spoke in deep husky voice. By the time I realized that I just fought with my NEW boss in my worst attitude ever. Holy Shit.

So I too start to move outside slowly as I know how badly I have embarrassed 😩 my self. But he is so arrogant he deserved it. "STOP" he spoke. Both me and Laura stopped walking and did not dare to turn whilst Laura turned and said " yes sir" in her usual formal tone. "Not you miss Wilson, you can go" he said to Laura calmly and I knew that it is the calm before a disaster to me. LOL . God help me to have a escape from this mr arrogant.

"So miss..."he hesitated so I immediately said my surname "Walters". "First name " he spoke "Uhmm...Elis...sir...Elis Walters" I stuttered around I don't know what happened to me at that moment maybe a fear of getting jobless. "Good. So miss Walter what were you here for?"he said holding the file in his hands. "As if you don't remember " I murmured under my breath. "Speak a bit louder I could not hear you " he said pulling me out of my thoughts. "Uhmm...No sir.... I mean yes sir... uhmm.... I needed you to check that file in your hand and sign. So the work on the new project could start as soon as possible."

"What if I want to delay it" he said coldly. "Hum... than it's your choice. May a take a leave now?" I asked him irritated as I was told yesterday to prepare the file as the meeting ended yesterday and it over the first thing in the morning ho the new boss. Urgh. "Yes you can leave" he said. "But not my cabin ; the office." He said coldly.

"WHAT?" I asked in a surprised tone. "You heard me right miss now get OUT" he said coldly. "But Why?" I asked again. "Well I don't need to explain that to you but since you are asking I'll don't mind telling." He said standing up from his seat 💺in a big egotistical tone. "Now would you mind blubbering it out quickly coz am also eager to know the reason for termination". I said folding my arms around my chest walking down a few steps towards him.

"Ok Firstly you don't have the manners of how you should talk to you boss" he said and my jaw dropped in surprise "Secondly" he continued " this file has some grammatical and spelling errors". I closed my mouth and glared at him my moat surprised look upon hearing the reason for my termination while he continued "and Thirdly is not a termination from me but a resignation from you" he stop and gave me a look which caused me to come back earth situation as I was full too staring at him.

" humm...humm" I cleared my throats and spoke "look mister Firstly I am not resigning "I said walking towards his desk. "Secondly spelling errors can not be a reason for my termination so you can not terminate me from my job" I said picking up the file "and thirdly I know how to do my work and that's all that matters to me to be in this company" I said looking him with the files in my hand " see you in 20mins with the accurate version of this file" I said while storming out of his cabin.

DYLAN POV

"Did she...did she just order me" "crap" I said banging the desk. "And how the hell I could listen to her" argh." This girl is just getting in my nerves. I hate her so much."

"Mannerless creature" I was pulled out of my thoughts through the ringing of my phone I looked at the caller ID it my dad. "Hey dad" I said picking up the phone in a bit pissed of voice. "Hey my boy early to office?" He asked. "Yeah dad" I said sitting on my chair. "So were you the first one in office and stayed alone for an hour like now? He asked being curious. "Yeah dad and no I wasn't alone there were two girls around" I said but not wanting to talk about miss mannerless creature. "Oh!let me guess their names! Elis and Laura your PA." He said sounding a bit excited. "Yeah! But how did you know ? I asked being curious. " because they are maybe my most hardworking employees" he said causing a shocked look to appear on my face.WHAT? .

"By the way did you get the new projects file I asked Elis to prepare it directly after the meeting yesterday afternoon. She must have woke whole night to do it because it was on such a short notice" he said. Making me to think why she was so angry when I pointed out the grammatical errors. "Dylan did you get the file?" He asked again since I did not responded the previous time. "Yeah... yeah dad I got the file"I said " good! I want you to start working on it as soon as possible" he continued " and since the company is under your control now am not going to interfere but just called to check on you" he said happily "bye son". "Bye dad."

I hang up from the call and at the same time there was a knock on the door "come in" I said and look up as the door opened. And there she is miss mannerless creature wearing a navy blue knee length dress which hugged her figure properly with a white coat and her dark brown hair done into a bun with a pair of black heels 👠 and some eyeliner on her brown eyes. I don't why though she is pretty I still hate her, she just gets into my nerves so badly and she came before her 20mins. "Done sir here is the file you can check and sign it now" she spoke as she reached my desk. "You can keep it and leave." I said to her still pissed of by her look. "Yes sir" she said with a forced smile on her face and left. WoW miss mannerless is starting to have manners.
