The Black Forest is a land filled with wonder! Big thick trees, devious rivers, mountains, and mountainous waterfalls. The beauty is truly indescribable.
Commonly known from "Robin Hood," this forest high high standards to live up to. And it no doubt does. The magicness of this forest is the perfect setting for this adventurous and wonderful story.
Now on to the more geographical things about Schwarzwald, or the Black Forest. The highest point is the mountain, Feldburg. The river, Danube, is the longest river in Europe, and it starts in the Black Forest!
I hope someday I will get a chance to walk the deep depths of the Black Forest. But, until then I will just read about it in awe. Good bye now! Or as they say in Germany, "Auf wiederhone."
