"I don't care if you're some big bad nobleman down in The Dark. Here you're just another darkling on the wrong side of Redfalls." she growled.

Cross smiled, and flicked her nipple ring with a gentle tap. Her mortified reaction made his smile widen.

"Me? Just another darkling? Surely you don't mean that, Ms. Yodiha."

"I do," she said, though her sincerity was questionable.

"I don't believe you." he laughed, not fooled by her words.

"Not my problem, missy. My problem is I have a dirty wad of dragon dung in my home, and I want him to leave. Do you have any solutions?"

"Dragon dung!" Cross exclaimed happily.  "I was trying to think of something that could make this shit hole more tolerable. Dragon dung." Fast as a whip he grabbed Mimi around her waist, and brought her close. His nose rested against that valley of skin between her breast. Too scared or maybe too aroused to stop him, she stood helpless as he ran his tongue up her flesh.  "Maybe instead of lizard shit we can get you a bathtub."

He bit her, more like a nip than a bite, and she gasped as did Vhal who had just come into the room. As quickly as he'd taken her he let her fall to the ground and he stood.

"Good, the whole gang's here," he said.

"Why are you here?" asked Vhal, her voice quivered but the sword in her hand did not.

Ragdhyl helped Mimi to her feet. The three stood together. The ageless conflict, creepers versus darklings.

"I don't know how to address you, my little pink virgin."

Vhalova blushed, The Demon Prince grinned.

"Her name is 'GET THE FUCK OUT'!" shouted Miminda.

Ragdhyl's heart raced.  Things were getting heated. Cross was not known for his gentle nature, and Mimi was never very good at managing her anger. Vhal would attack the darkling just to keep from feeling weak. Eventually things were going to explode. He had to think fast. Ragdhyl was not a fighter, and none of them were equipped to fight a creature like The Wild Huntsman.

"Just tell us what you want," Rag pleaded.

Cross studied the gathered creepers and smirked. It was clear he thought very little of their weapons.

"I have a proposition for you, Ms. Yodiha, but I know you do nothing without your family so I make the offer to the three of you."  Cross walked over the door and looked out upon the filthy street where early bird creepers were starting their day. "There is a manor at the very edge of Fel Shadow, at the mouth of The Crying Caves. This manor is home to The Keeper of The Gems. The mere mention of gems makes your lips moist, very good. The Keeper of The Gems safeguards many of The Heir's most valuable belongings. One such item is The Stone of Heliroll. I wish you to steal it for me."

"Wait. Did you just say that you want us to steal from The Heir to The Dark?" Ragdhyl asked.

He didn't need to look at Mimi to know that she was interested. She loved nothing more than to rob darklings, even he felt a pang of excitement at the mention of riches. Below The Under and within The Dark there was no single entity as wealthy as Kamila Von Lucifer, Heiress to The Dark.

"You'll be stealing something of The Heir's personal collection from The Countess of Wails."

"You're the Lord of The Wild Hunt. Why would you want us to steal from her highness?" asked Vhal. She was understandably suspicious.

"I could say that I want the stone, but what I really want is to discredit the current Keeper of The Gems. I believe she is becoming too politically powerful, and I want her to be humbled."  Cross said.
