Strangely enough, your demon friends lasted in their material form for the entire time it was dark outside. But when the sunlight started peeking through your blinds and hit San, he suddenly disappeared.

"(Y/N)? What happened?" He asked, sounding surprised.

"The sun is rising." You answered, then looked at the others who were still standing in the shadow. Suddenly, San reappeared next to Wooyoung in the dark.

"I guess we only materialize in darkness." Seonghwa said. He stuck his hand out into the sunlight and sure enough, it disappeared.

"Well... I'm already surprised we can show ourselves like this at all." Hongjoong said. He was sitting at the foot of your bed.

"Do you think we'll still be able to tomorrow?" Yunho asked, looking at Seonghwa for an answer. He only shrugged in response.

"I guess we'll see."

You realized then that the boys had kept distance from you the entire night you had spoken. After you saw San and Yunho by the side of your bed, they moved back to stand at the foot of the bed. They all stayed there.
You got out of bed and walked to the closet in the corner of your room. Jongho, who was leaning against it, immediately moved out of your way.

"Why do you stay so far away from me?" You asked curiously. Jongho avoided your eyes.

"Well, we're still demons, you know. If we touch you, we don't know what will happen." Wooyoung said sadly.

"Don't you want to find out?" You asked.
"The people we targeted before, we couldn't show ourselves to them, so we were more of a phantom. When we touched them then, they always ended up getting hurt." Yeosang said. "We don't know if the result will be different now that we've materialized."

You were touched that it didn't seem like they wanted to hurt you. Were they actually friendly after all? Why did they like you so much anyway?

Now that you had all night to get over your shock and ask your questions, you became suspicious. Was it all a trap?

"Right, well, thank you... I guess?" Were you supposed to thank them for not hurting you?

"Anyway, I'm supposed to go somewhere." You said.

"Oh, are you going to Sam's house? Please say yes, I love his roommates." San said excitedly. Of course they would've been there. You had kind of expected them to be attached to you.

"Yes, I am going there."
San cheered loudly and high-fived Wooyoung and Yunho.
"Now, I gotta get dressed. Shoo." You waved them away with your hand as you opened the closet.

"Oh c'mon, it's not like we haven't seen you change clothes before." Mingi said, smirking as he looked at you.
You turned red as Hongjoong slapped the back of Mingi's head.

"Speak for yourself you pervert!" Yeosang said, rolling his eyes. You were at a loss of words.
"Don't worry (Y/N), I've always been right on time to pull him away before he saw too much." Seonghwa said, showing you a reassuring smile. You smiled nervously and glanced at Mingi, who winked at you, making you turn even redder.

"Can I help you pick out your clothes?" Wooyoung asked, and you couldn't say no to his puppy eyes and bright smile.

After you got dressed in the clothes he picked out for you, they entered your bedroom again. You had closed the curtains to keep the sunlight out. As Wooyoung studied you from head to toe, his lower lip caught between his teeth, you noticed that you were wearing matching outfits and called him out.
He turned red and laughed.
"You caught me!" He said shyly. You smiled, wondering how he went from hot to cute in .5 seconds.

"Anyway, it is a nice outfit. I have to go. Are you following?"
"Naturally." Jongho said, grinning.
