After the whole dilemma with Claire, I only got detention.

Thank God. My aunt would have flipped. But, not in a good way.

The most fucked up part about it is Claire got off scratch free.

That made me madder then hell. Stupid little bitch.

"Ring." The third period bell rang. I collected all my stuff and headed for biology.

Once I entered there was only a few people there.

I took a seat in the back. I leaned down to grab my notes.

When I got up I literally jumped out of my seat.

" Damn Taylor. Don't scare me like that." I whispered yelled holding my heart.

" Aha, I'm sorry Scarlet." He laughed taking a seat near me.

Soon the rest of the class walked in. I noticed Nash and Claire walk in hand in hand.

Ugh gross. And just my luck they sat in front of me and Taylor.

This outta be good.

"Ok class. We will be learning about cell division." Mr. Thomas, the teacher, said.

I was caught off guard by Taylor whispering to me.

"Hey Scarlet. I was wondering if you'd want to go to a Halloween party with me at Hayes's house?" He asked.

"Sure. That'll be cool." I replied smiling.

"Ok go into your groups." Mr. Thomas said walking to his desk.

Damn it I missed the whole thing. I quickly went to my notes. Taylor kept messing with me the whole time.

It made me laugh.

"Oh look It's Scarlet being a slut again." Claire said turning around.

"Shut up." I scoffed.

"You know you're lucky to even get a boy considering you're so ugly." Claire laughed.

I was about to say something when Nash slammed his pencil on the desk.

"Damn it Claire just leave her alone." He said turning around in his chair.

Claire looked shocked.

Taylor looked shocked.

I looked shocked.

Why is he sticking up for me?

"Umm excuse me. Nash I will not, and why are you sticking up for her?" Claire asked angry.

"Because I'm tired of you picking on her. I'm tired of picking on her." He . Claire was dumbfounded.

I was looking between them both. My eyes were wide. I was speechless.

"Well. If you don't like it then you could leave." Claire yelled.

"Fine. I will." Nash yelled back.

"Mr. Grier, Detention today. I will not tolerate yelling in my classroom. Move seats immediately." Mr. Thomas scolded.

Nash got up and stared at me.

"Thanks," I whispered.

"Whatever. Just back to your boyfriend." He said bitterly. He walked to the front of the room.

Claire huffed and turned around.

I was so confused.

Why was Nash being so nice to me?

I could have sworn when he said go back to your boyfriend he has a hint of jealousy.

Or was I just imagining it. All I could think was  .....

well that happened.

~Nash P.O.V.~

I walked over to the other side of the room.

Great.

This is my ninth time getting detention this month.

It never ends.

I sat down in the desk. The truth is I am tired of making fun of Scarlet.

I've bullied her for the past three years now.

And I don't know why. I guess I just went along with everyone else.

But, this is where I want to end it.

I turned my back to notice Scarlet and Taylor laughing about something.

I don't know why but, a spark of jealousy flashed in me.

It's getting weird. For some reason ever since earlier

I've been having this weird feeling around Scarlet.

It's weird.

Really weird.
