I love you, you know that right
I'm just so unsure right now, because you left last night
I remember feeling so sure of myself, of us, and of everything else
But here I'm sitting, a whipped heart hurt by smacking belts

I love you so, I know you know
So why do you keep hurting me? You're cold as winter snow
Because I'm tired of drinking, crying, falling asleep.
Only to wake up in the tearstaines on your sheets.

Again I'm left to wonder why I choose to let me down
I know you'll never love me, but I hope you say it without sound
You only hurt, you only hurt, only hurting me
I'm so deep in love with you. It has brought me to my knees.
