Parker POV:
After the whole incident with Bangtan and Mina, I finally made it back to class. Bomi ran to me as soon as she saw my red, puffy eyes. She is such a caring friend. I don't know how life would work with her. Actually, I wouldn't know how anything works without her. "Parker what happened? Who did this? Ok. Who's butt am I gonna kick? I swear I will kill this person if I have to for hurting my child!", Bomi screeched. Told you. "It's ok mom, you don't have to do anything. It's just Mina. Nothing new...", I answered back. "MINA??!! OH HELL NAH! WAIT 'TIL I GET MAH HANDS ON HER!! I'LL—" "Calm down Bomi. It's fine, I got this." I said cutting her off from her about to be 183748392 hour rant. "What do you mean calm down? Were with you Bangtan?" She asked. "Yes. I was. I was gonna punch her! She stole my necklace!! That one I told you about! That meant so much to me! And she just took it! And the day of that accident Bomi!!" I burst into tears immediately, my bottled up emotions pouring out. As if on cue, the teacher came in. She spotted me immediately. Great. "Miss Lee? Can I speak to you outside?". I sniffled as I nodded my head. By now, the class was staring at me. I hated attention. Especially this kind. I went outside with her, giving one last look to Bomi before leaving. She smiled sympathetically, motioning for me to go. "Miss Lee. I understand something has happened to you. You are usually an outgoing, smart, kind, and at times obnoxious during my lesson. Is there something wrong sweetheart?" Mrs. Jiang asked. I didn't want her to know What happened, so I lied to her. Well.. not exactly. Since tomorrow is the "Deathaversary" of my parents, I came up with something along the lines of that. Again, it's still somewhat true. "It's just that tomorrow marks the day my parents death due to a fire." I answered. Mrs. Jiang looked at me with sadness. I could tell she didn't see that coming. "Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry for your loss. If you want I can let you go this class, just this once." Wow. That worked better than I thought. "Thank you Mrs. Jiang." I replied. "Anytime sweetie. Now go collect your things." She said, ushering me back in to the classroom. As I entered the classroom, students began whispering, probably the eavesdroppers. Bomi one of them. "At least you don't have to do the quiz. Lucky you! Math is hard." I chuckled. Bomi hated math. Honestly, I did too, however I loved Mrs. Jiang. But Bomi, she thinks the teacher hates her! After one day bombing a math test, Bomi stuck to saying that she "hated math with a passion". I gathered my stuff, leaving the classroom, but not before mouthing "thank you" to Bomi, who just nodded and gave me a toothy grin. Now, where to go, I thought, while standing in the middle of the hallway.
