The boys offered to drive Bomi and I home. We said it was fine just walking, however Bangtan being the polite young men they were, insisted on driving us home. They put on music, courtesy of Bomi's inner fangirl. J-Hope quickly agreed to this. I was sitting in between Jungkook and Jimin with Taehyung sitting next to him in the third row, Bomi was sitting in between a napping Yoongi, and a screeching monke— J-Hope, and Jin was driving while Joon was in the passenger seat. Bomi and I were screaming gibberi— rapping to the Cyphers when the Wings album was playing. The rap line, including a somewhat drowsy Yoongi, were amused by our poor attempt. Then Spring Day hit like a truck immediately after Not Today. I was crying on Jimin's shoulder, meanwhile up front Bomi was weeping on a disgruntled Yoongi. He didn't know what to do other than patting her head. It was a very funny scene. The parents up front, Jin and Namjoon, didn't know how to react.

Yoongi POV:
By now Jin has cracked 13 Dad Jokes. Bomi and Parker were snorting with laughter. I didn't understand the jokes. I gave up trying to sleep with all the noise. Jimin and Taehyung had fallen asleep. The maknaes, Parker and Jungkook were laughing at Jin's jokes, J-Hope was singing (more like screeching) the lyrics to Magic Shop with Bomi while Namjoon and Jin-Hyung were talking about tomorrow's plans.

We finally arrived in Bomi and Parker's neighborhood. After dropping Bomi off, we were driving to Parker's house. She seemed a bit off today. Her blue eyes looking down at her lap, fiddling with her fingers. She seems antsy all of a sudden as she looked outside her window. She froze a bit as she saw a fire truck passing by, sirens blaring. She was now fidgeting with the hem of her shirt, looking down again. I managed to get Jimin's attention and mouthed "ask if she's ok" to him. He nodded. He turned to look at Parker, who was startled at the sudden eye contact. "Are you ok? You seem tense." Jimin said stroking her arm gently. She nodded and cracked a smile. She implied happiness but her eyes showed otherwise. Jimin raised a brow. "You sure? You can tell me anything. I'm your big brother, remember?" He replied, pushing a bit for an answer. Parker hesitated before answering. "It's just that my parents died in a fire. And that fire truck passed by reminding me that they died tomorrow and wow I'm emotional." She answered laughing sadly, wiping her tears. Jimin gave her a hug. Parker cried a bit. I felt bad. My parents treated me like crap, never supporting me and my dreams. I thought that was hard. Parker over here lost her parents. At least I still have mine. I gazed at her. Her once bright blue eyes, becoming a waterfall of tears. We pulled up to her house. The car sat in silence. All that was heard were Parker's muffled sobs against Jimin's chest. After she stopped, sniffling here and there I offered to take her inside. She bid goodbyes with the boys and I walked her to her doorstep. "If you need anything you know who to call. Or annoy if we're talking honestly about the maknae line, which I'm all for." She cracked a smile. My body moving on its own, hugged Parker, caressing her soft hair. I just noticed it had various shades of blue intwined with her black locks. We bid good night and I trudged back to the car not before waving to her before going in.
What a day.
