Being There For HIM

Perfect

Cyrus' mom gets back with the paint and the boys start painting.

After two walls are painted the dark gray and blue, they move onto a wall that will have almost all the colors on it.

Cyrus dips his brush into the yellow and pulls his hand up, but when he looks up, he splattered TJ. "Oh no. TJ I am sooo sorry."

"It's fine." TJ stays with a sly grin. He bends down and dunks his brush into the gray. "It's totally fine...but fair is.." he flings paint onto Cyrus. "Fair!"

TJ starts to laugh but Cyrus just looks down. Then he looks up "oh this is ON!"

The boys start slinging paint at eachother, getting paint splatters on one wall in the process.

"Truce. Truce!" TJ calls out will his paint brush in hand, he walks over to Cyrus. He puts his arm over Cyrus' shoulder and points at the splatter painted wall. "Now that is art."

"Yep it really is." Cyrus grabs TJ's paintbrush and runs it down his face.

"Now that, that is just rude. I called a truce!" TJ says facing Cyrus.

"Haha. Well I don't care!" Cyrus tries to run away from TJ but he grabs him from behind and holds him still. "Not fair!"

"Neither is breaking a truce." TJ says laughing. He turns his head and sees a small, yellow paint bucket sitting on a stool. He grabs it and pours it on cyrus' head.

"Ahhh!! TJ!!" TJ lets Cyrus go and Cyrus turns around to place his yellow hands on TJ. "Take that."

TJ starts to run and Cyrus follows. Throwing hand fulls of paint at him, that he scrapes off of his body.

"Okay okay. Enough. This has to stop now. We still have one more wall." TJ says.

"Fine. You're right."

TJ wipes down his arms with a baby wipe, then turns to Cyrus and wipes his face off.

They finish one more wall and look over at the very messy wall that has hand prints and splatters and glops of paint on it.

"Sorry about your wall Cyrus."

"Sorry? I think it looks perfect." Cyrus gets up and grabs the black paint. "A piece of art like this need a signature." He says waving a small paint brush.

Cyrus signs and TJ signs right above his name in the bottom right hand corner of the wall.

"Perfect." TJ says, looking at the wall.

"Perfect." Cyrus says looking at TJ.
