Normal POV~
Atem went back to his chambers, where Yami sleeping. Anzu's words still went on in his head.
"Yami will die anyway, that's all I wanted. From the first day you two started a relationship I wanted him dead, and I will get that. Alive or Dead"
'No! I can't give up on Yami! Anzu's stupid words won't change that' I thought to myself as I opened the door to my chambers. Yami was still asleep, I just hope whatever the hell Anzu said is fake, Yami will not die.
"Atè" Yami muttered in his sleep, I smiled. I wonder what I'm doing to him in his dream. I then sat down on a chair and watched Yami.
Two and half hours later~
After watching Yami for an hour and a half I decided to think about a punishment for Anzu, at least one that is painful. I mean, any death is painful. What about...
"My prince" A guard said as they opened my door, interrupting my thoughts
"What is it?" I asked
"The Pharaoh sent me here to tell you the all the court member's are here, he wishes for you to come join them to discuss about something" The guard said
"I'll be there" I said as I dismissed the guard. Once I was out I looked at the guards who were standing at the hall.
"I have a job for you guys" I told them, they turned around and bowed a little
"What is the job prince?" They said
"I want you to guard my mate. If something happens to him tell me immediately. Am I clear?" I said
"Yes sir" The guards said, they then went to my door and stood by them. I smiled and went to the throne room. There, as said, was the whole court people sitting at the table, and my father on his throne. Once he saw me he motioned me to take a seat, as told I did so.
"We're here today to discuss about a deciding punishment. My sons lover Yami, has been infected by a plant of death. We did find the person who has gave the plant to Yami. But now, we need to give her a punishment. What do you guys think?" The Pharaoh said. The court looked at each other giving a look that said 'I know'
"Maybe she should be burned" One said
"What about hanging her?" Another said
"No, what about making her suffer for eternity?" The next one to him said
"Maybe beheading her might be the best option" A woman said. 'Hey! That might be a good idea!' I thought, soon enough the court gave their all their ideas and finished. My father looked at me.
"What do you think son? What do YOU think we should do to her?" Father asked me. I looked at him.
"I think we should make her punishment slow and painful, maybe torturing her with torture master might be a good idea" I said, my eyes turning a blackish color that my sight turned a bit black.
"That sounds a bit cruel Atem, are you absolutely sure you want to do this to her?" Father asked again a bit worried.
"Anything cruel matters if it's meant to anyone else, she does not deserve mercy. She deserves the most awful things to her" I said darkly.
"Very well, the punishment will be done tomorrow when the sun rises. The meeting is over" My father said as he waved his hand to dismiss the court, then a guard came running to me panicked.
"Prince Atem! Come quick! Your lover is in trouble! He is barely breathing!" A guard said panicked. My first instinct was to run as fast as I could to Yami, but Isis heard everything before she left and ran to my room first. I followed soon after, begging in my mind that he would be ok.

No! My first cliffhanger of this story is the worst on my cliffhangers list! I don't think so, that much. But Atem was right, Anzu doesn't deserve mercy, she deserves to be tortured. That's why I decided this punishment. *Me in my mind* You should update more on this story, really. But enough about whatever the heck I was talking about...
